Just needed a quick coffee while doing a round of errands in the area and stopped here. They don't have a drive through, which makes the pace of things at this location a bit less frenetic than others, and there's always been a very laid-back ambience here. The coffee was great and the were a bit nice

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. When we arrived shortly before closing, the white female staff member made it very clearâthrough her attitude and body languageâthat she didnât want to serve us. She visibly rolled her eyes as we approached and acted annoyed, as if we were a burden for simply placing an order. She kept asking âAnything else? Anything else?â in a rushed and dismissive tone, making us feel extremely unwelcome.
She also kept insisting that the mall closes at 8pm, which felt more like an excuse to avoid serving us rather than a helpful reminder. I completely understand being tired at the end of a shift, but professionalism and basic courtesy shouldnât stop before closing time. This experience left a really bad impression, and I hope management addresses this behavior.

The shop is small with a few seats but is next to the food court seating area.
Didnât have any panini options so had to go with a breakfast bite. Service was fine but they served me to go when I said I was staying - kind of a waste of a bag and all the paper when I asked for plates anyway.

I went in cause they said they will give you a free drink for your birthday so I went to grab a drink. They refuses to give my my free drink cause I havenât been using the app a lot . I had the app for a year and use it whenever I go to Starbucks but where I live there is no star bucks so I havenât had any in awhile . I was very disappointed

i was at this starbucks location this evening sitting on one of the chairs just waiting on my ride when i was approached by one of the staff. She told me that the seating at starbucks was reserved for customers only and that i had to leave. mind you it was like 40 minutes to closing and there was absolutely no customers in the store, what harm would it cause them for me to just sit there if i was not actively taking space away from âbuying customersâ i come to starbucks all the time which makes me a customer, even if i was not getting a drink tonight. it was just an unnecessary thing to make me leave, i unfortunately did not get this workers name but she was an older asian lady. Just be kinder to people, i was not bothering anyone by sitting there for a few minutes.

went to the starbucks in bowermall tonight, im not sure who helped me but she recommended the best drink ever & was so sweet towards me ! it was at 7:20 pm & whoever it was better get a raise!!!!
Always had a great experience here! The baristas are super nice and helpful! Drinks are made fast. Their patient and take time to help you and answer any questions you may have and assist you with allergies. Thanks for wonderful service!!

If I can give zero stars I will today at 7:45pm I order a drink and itâs not what I asked for. And I went back and told that this is not what I ordered and she got mad and threw the cup in the sink and started acting mad with the cups and she was teaching me whatâs the name of the order and then I asked are you going to fight for a drink ? She said to me that I shouldâve asked nicely when she actually the rude one so i told her to keep the drink and the money. Working in Starbucks mall way more easier than working in a plaza at least she doesnât have to deal with drivethru orders. I ordered the same order from the plaza near to the mall and itâs amazing. Better attitude and employees. Maybe you need to learn from the best.

today i was âthat personâ who complained of a drink being made wrong, and then proceeded to drop a breakfast sandwich. the team were such great sports and so kind, and remade everything. the young man making the drinks, jaylen, thank you for making my morning a bit better :)

Save the headache and just hit yourself in the dick with a hammer. Ordered coffee for the wife and I. It took over 18 minutes for two coffees. I watched the seven people behind me, order after me, then get their drinks before me. It wasnât until I asked where my drink was that they decided to make it.
