Never again. Service sucks. 9 people behind counter, 2 other customers (together) before me...standing waiting 5 minutes to place order. Lot of people standing around, no service. I left before placing my order. Big rainbow flag in window, no Canada flag.

I ordered a triple latte extra hot, and I am not sure what I received but it tasted like warm water and a drop of milk without any trace of espresso. Perhaps the water of when they rinse the espresso machine? I didn’t take a sip right away and I was already on the highway towards Calgary when I tasted it so it was not possible or cost effective to return it for the proper drink.This is not the first time that this location has not given us what we paid for. Very disappointing.

I got a cold drink and the lid had a quite sizeable hole in the lid which caused it to spill in my car. Thankfully I had a lid from an old cup so I switched them out. Still upsetting though. Would like for this to be made right.
