The employee who helped me tonight was very clear when talking to other customers (right in front of me while I waited for my drinks) that I was difficult for ordering two frappes with strawberry purée while they’re just so busy and I should’ve known better. I was the only one waiting for a drink at this time, making the customer uncomfortable. Why do you gotta talk about your customers like that? My god.

What is wrong with this location that it consistently takes 15 - 20 mins to get through the drive thru? I thought perhaps it was a one off, but no, it’s consistently an extended wait time lately. They need to warn people.

I’m not feeling it inside there is a lot of things that need fixing. I was not asked about cream or sugar and i got burnt on my hand taking my top off on my coffee and the story go on and on. Just no customer service 🥶

Deborah took our order and handed our drinks to us at the drive through. She was the most friendly person. She was really personable! Give her a raise she's awesome!

Paid for 2 venti drinks but I recieved 1 venti amd 1 grande but the great thing is the Barista blamed the cashier. The receipt showed otherwise but who am I to argue.

Terrible Experience at this Starbucks.
Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The ladies working there completely forgot to make my dad’s drink, and when we politely told them, they didn’t seem to care at all. No apology, no effort to fix it just ignored the situation. My dad ended up leaving without his drink after paying for it. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. We won’t be coming back to this location again.

When I first came in, you could tell they were quite busy with drive thru, but I was greeted immediately and the one person who was working cash took a min to tell me she would be right with me. She then helped the bar people refill their stations a bit and took my order, she was so quick - it barely felt like she was delayed. What I was most impressed with was that she didn't make it seem like she was stressed or worried - I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience or making things harder for her. I didn't catch her name but, I think it started with a J - I was there Sat the 20th at about 1:00.

I also ordered my favourite drink and they made it perfectly, no price paid for how busy they seemed to be. 🩷

This is the 3rd time ordering bagle bites and the cream cheese is cold, almost frozen on the inside. I ordered at Blackfalds location the first time and they were incredible. Somehow this location can't get it right. Saff should also work on their friendly service. Friendly and not fake friendly
