I was in last Wednesday and I got a brown sugar oat shaken expresso. The girl with the short brown hair made it and she did a wonderful job. She was super friendly!

I have no clue how a wooden fork was wrapped in with my breakfast wrap, was also given the wrong second meal item but realized too late. Ordered the bacon gouda and egg sandwich, received gruyère egg bites instead, while being charged for the sandwich. I'm not sure how to go about getting compensation for this, but it would be appreciated. I was the second person in the line of three, it did not look busy on the inside, i'm not sure how this mix up had possibly occurred. Staff seemed unfocused and rushed.

It isn't the easiest location to get in and out of, especially compared to where it used to be with Indigo.

The person who took my order through the drive-thru was lovely. My drink did get messed up, as I think a shift change happened mid-drink making. When I went in to ask them to add the missing caramel the batista immediately apologies and remade it super fast. I appreciate how quick they were to correct the error. :)

Got two Carmel macchiatos - asked for them to be stirred the girl repeated stirred twice in a very condescending tone.

We asked for them to be stirred because the caramel is always at the bottom and you can’t taste it .

Why pay for the specialty drink . We even stirred them ourselves but still there was so much Carmel it just stuck to the straw.

I went for my little brother’s birthday, and the server who received my order was nice. But when it came to getting the drinks, the employee was just overall rude. My family and i went to redeem my brother’s free birthday drink today but when we asked about it, one employee with black hair gave us extreme attitude and ruined our starbucks experience. I understand that our eligibility for a free drink is out of the employees’ hands, but the attitude we received was unreasonable and unprofessional.

Tried to blame me for not hearing me properly and even in the beginning confirmed the WRONG DRINK. So when I got my matcha it was hot. I said it was supposed to be iced. I said it 3x. Girl at the window was extremely rude about it “wElL yoU gOtTa lEt uS kNoW”. Worst starbs in red deer. Glad I don’t live her. And when I got my drink, the lid wasn’t on properly so I still got all over my car.

Update* they were so petty about me saying I told them 3x that they gave me milk in my matcha and now I can’t take the kids to the pool for the rest of the night. We are just visiting here and honestly won’t really be back to this town if that’s how the people are.
