The ones taking our order Isabel was not listening on our order. Charged us venti for hot mocha when it should have beem grande. Also just a recommendation. If you can help remind customers if they are collecting points it must is great appeaciated. It was my fault though that i forgot to scan my points. ???

No longer tipping before I get my coffee. Just tipped $3 for my Americano with Heavy Cream (30%) They used regular coffee cream (10%). Sick of spending 8 bucks on coffee and tip and not getting what I order.

Dietary restrictions: Should not be drinking 10% cream - high carbs

I’m only complaining after the 8th time now after receiving my delivery which includes a Frappuccino and again, NO STRAW!!!! How hard is it to see that a straw is needed for a Frappuccino…again, it’s been 8 orders which means it’s not just a one off. It’s an issue that happens daily in your establishment. Please fix it!!

I went to the drive thru at 2:05pm i ordered a 2drinks and 2 cheese danish. When i was at the window i showed to the woman the promo of $5 dollars each. (Drinks and bakery) So instead i'm gonna pay like $10 she charge me $19.71 and she's a filipina with her make up is so thick!!!! And she's not friendly, she don't know how to smile!!!!

Service, food, drinks and everything is great here!!

But you need to fix the drive thru window situation, the sun blasts the baristas in their face with the east AM sun, and then it reflects into the cars using the drive thru; from the reflection off the silver drive thru window frame and glass, blasting the customer in the face. I’m particularly sensitive to light however I’m sure other cars are getting the same thing. Maybe an overhang or wall of some sort.

I stopped by this location on my way to Calgary to take a break.
Nice friendly staff, so nothing against them but the corporation needs to pay attention to more training and educating employees.
It can get busy during some hours other than that nice quiet location.

Parking: Good parking, no issue.

Kid-friendliness: It is a nice place.

Need new employees ones that are capable of making a drink because it’s not rocket science. Last couple times I have gone from you guys. The coffee is a nightmare or not at all what I had asked for this is really disappointing. I thought maybe it was a one time thing you guys messed up but you guys are constantly doing it. If you know the drink is not made correctly why are you sending it out to customers, terrible service. However, when the drinks are actually made correctly, which is rare, it’s delicious I think you need employees with brains that are functioning
