Need new employees ones that are capable of making a drink because it’s not rocket science. Last couple times I have gone from you guys. The coffee is a nightmare or not at all what I had asked for this is really disappointing. I thought maybe it was a one time thing you guys messed up but you guys are constantly doing it. If you know the drink is not made correctly why are you sending it out to customers, terrible service. However, when the drinks are actually made correctly, which is rare, it’s delicious I think you need employees with brains that are functioning

I enjoy going to Starbucks whenever I'm done running errands. Love the different seasonal drinks. The new gingerbread oat latte is delicious.I do find the prices of the drinks have increased quite a bit which is really disappointing.

I visited this Starbucks location with 10 girls today after a very fun field trip to get them all a treat. We were the only ones in the line up in store and all of the girls were very polite with their order. The barista with colourful hair, glasses and a mask on was extremely rude. She threw a fit when the first order went in by throwing up her hands and going “UGH!” Very loudly. She then continued to roll her eyes and sigh every time we ordered a new drink. And finally, a girl asked her which drink she had put down to be picked up and the barista rudely replied “read the label” and there was no label on the drink. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I will not be returning to this Starbucks. We spent over $60 there and were treated like garbage.

The baristas need to pay more attention to the drink they are making.I ordered a drink, and the associate working the window entered all the details correctly. But what I got handed to me was NOT the drink I ordered.This has happened many times and is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Extremely slow and they have trouble getting my online order correct when I order food. 3 times I’ve gotten the incorrect item. Service isn’t always great, at Starbucks you should be getting great service every time. I presume this location is understaffed which leads to these issues.
