The quality of Starbucks coffee has become terrible it honestly tastes as bad or even worse than Tim Hortons now. It used to have a rich, distinct flavour, but lately it’s just burnt, watery, and completely overpriced for what you get. Very disappointing.

Men's bathroom faucet is unusable.

I ordered mini maple pancake 🥞😍 2 drinks and a cake pop and was so happy with the items received this place pays attention to the details

All the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is so nice. I visited about six times in two weeks, and I found it very friendly every time I visited. Some of them came often. :-)

Hey to the 3 ladies in the drive through. It was my birthday and I simply having a horrible day and all 3 of you turned around said happy birthday and waved. You have no idea how much that gesture meant to me. I was feeling all alone but you did that. I left with tears in my eyes, you ladies have no idea what’s your smiles mean. Cheers

As I normally go to Starbucks all the time I do expect some mistakes but they literally didn’t fill my pumpkin spice latte all the way up for both of the drinks I ordered they are 2/3 full which is unacceptable since I paid 13 dollars for two drinks. No wonder no one tips these people. They can’t even get their most popular drink right or fill it to the top.

Another update, went to Starbucks to get a cold brew pumpkin spice with extra foam and this time they literally put zero foam in it. Unbelievable.

No service in here. 20 min wait for online order. Drinks was ready right away but brownie and chocolate croissant took 20 minutes for ladies to figure it out. No apologies, asked me if it’s right item and it was not. She said “oh sorry we don’t have them” when I clearly can see that they have them. Threw it at me as a favor, great job girl. It’s what I’m expecting from service for 28$ for 2 drinks and 3 items of food. Discuss your problems further while people wait for their orders??????
Never coming back, and don’t recommend anybody to go there:)
