This is my go-to location for Starbucks. The drinks are consistently great, but what keeps me coming back is the wonderful service I receive. Shoutout to Ashton for always brightening my day!

Thanks for taking the time to make my iced London fog right this morning! Even though I could tell it was busy in there you didn’t rush the drink and cut corners by steeping the tea for less time (which happens a lot with this drink and ends up tasteless). Appreciate the time and effort! ?Always kind and friendly staff here.

Wow! We did DT this morning and it was the first time the barista double-checked to make sure no whip cream had been added to our order. She even asked if we wanted to use points instead of us having to ask them. Sometimes it's the small things.

Fantastic- My daughter was there on the weekend and all staff were wearing masks. A client came in without a mask and they would not serve her because she did not have a mask. She begrudingly took a mask from a staff member and held it on her face. Thank you. More businesses should be like this???

Always great. Great store too!

The manager likes to humiliate customers calling them out about their mask. If she was nice I would understand, but she feels the urge to yell across the restaurant. I feel sorry for employees

I go 4 to 5 times a week. The staff are over the top nice, but the manager is constantly rude to customers and to the staff.

I won't be back. It's because of their policy of mandatory masks - in a municipality where the official rule of government is "masks are optional". Just now when I was about to order, was informed they needed me to donne my mask. As I looked around, ALL their existing customers were drinking the elixirs with their mouths fully exposed. Yup cause that's how we humans drink... So is this hypocrisy or descrimination? Likely is more virtue signaling and politics. Definitely tells me heaps about the intelligence of the Starbucks policy makers. Nope not a product I need and not a corporation worthy of my patronage.
Anybody know of a "virtue signaling coffee company" that insist on mandatory masks while you are in the order process for three minutes, and then sit maskless at one of thier tables for and hour while you chat, drink thier coffee, eat a muffin, and play on your cell phone??? Me neither. Luckily there are other coffee companies in town that are less political..
