Shivam provided excellent service during my visit to Subway. He was friendly, polite, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. He worked efficiently while still taking the time to make sure everything was right. Great customer service!

Got my sub with four black hairs from door dash. Door dash at least refunded me. I called store and was instructed to calm bower mall spot. Called and was given the managers number to complain. Of course manager did not answer. So gross do not order from this or bower mall subway

Not impressed. Me and my fiance went to go get dinner today at 6:30 pm, from the first moment we walked in the staff were not friendly, looked annoyed that we were there as if we were a inconvenience, she walked over and asked what I wanted, not remotely friendly. I gave her my order she slapped it all together, my fiance then said he wanted Italian herbs and cheese and she said they were all out (mine was the last one) she didn’t mention it at all, nor did she offer any other bread for him. When she made our sandwiches she quite literally was throwing all of the items on there without any system, I asked for extra cheese and she gave me a normal amount then charged me for extra, she put the wrong sauce on my fiancés sandwich, when I asked to get 2 cookies (they weren’t even in the display cabinet) she grabbed a random sandwich wrapper and crinkled 2 cookies into it and put it onto the table. We are very unhappy considering it somehow cost us over $40 for us to get 2 meals. Before he was done paying she had already disappeared to the back and we didn’t see her again. Extremely unhappy and will not be returning

I have never seen a subway disgusting as this (garbage everywhere/overflowing, women’s washroom had urine everywhere on the toilet walls and floor, hair in the soda overflow). Shockingly the men’s bathroom was cleaner; but I shouldn’t still feel dirty after using the restroom and washing my hands. They didn’t have any soups or cookies. Pop was limited to Pepsi/diet/iced tea/dr pepper despite having the upgraded machine. Only reason I’ll give 2 stars was for the service. Clearly a franchise who is simply in it for money and doesn’t care at all about its customers.

I ordered ahead online and they didn't give me near enough meat in my steak and cheese. Subs cost a lot of money these days, and I really don't appreciate getting half protein- ruined my experience for sure. I also didn't get any sauce on my sub like I wanted. I will refrain from this subway in the future, unfortunately.

Honestly not very happy with the service. The sandwich artist Lorinne couldn't even greet us when we came in. Never asked us what we wanted. Only started making food when they were prompted to do so. They also couldn't follow directions and gave us the wrong order. Over all not a great experience
