The woman at the till making sandwhiches for my family and I (Cindy? I think her name was) The older woman, was unbelievably rude to us. Very snippy and unpleasant to deal with. Her co worker, the whole time the cranky woman was making our food this woman was on her phone just screwing around.
I’m usually not one to complain, but as someone who works in customer service I couldn’t imagine treating my customers this poorly and then giving us dirty looks when we didn’t tip. A good management talk with this team would probably help with reviews and tip amounts 🤷‍♀️

Placed an order for a function. Very accommodating and service was great. Packaged well and organized for easy to put out. Prices were reasonable, staff was friendly and welcoming. Cindy took my order and it was an easy process. I will definitely deal with her in the future

We placed a pick up order online, when we went to the store to pick the order, they gave us the wrong order which addressed to someone else. We returned to the store immediately to correct the mistake, but things only worsened, instead of fixing their mistake, the employee which seems to be the owner started blaming us that this was our fault, even though we confirmed before picking it up. She was rude and her behaviour was not acceptable . This type of conduct is not only unprofessional but also contrary to the values I expect from a brand like Subway. This was during the holiday season, a time when people typically expect a little extra understanding and patience, but instead, our experience was completely soured by the unprofessional behavior we encountered. The whole situation ruined our mood, and what should have been a simple mistake to resolve turned into a highly unpleasant and distressing experience. All we needed was respect and a professional attitude, yet we received neither. No wonder this location has poor ratings, won't go again.

I ordered a salad through uber eats and then received less then a quarter of a bowl of food a pinch of left and like six pieces of spinach and I did call and staff refused to do anything about it

Went to this location got a 6in Italian bmt with double meat they gave me what would be the same as if I ordered regular meat then when I returned it saying it's not double meat I was spoken to rudely and that for double meat they only put 3 pieces of each meat so I went to the subway on 69 Dunlop St and ordered the same thing. Such better quality and service, here is a photo of what double meat looks like at Dunlop st

We ordered 2 subs and a 6 pack of cookies on Uber Eats. Instead of calling us and letting us know they didn’t feel like making our cookies, they sent us a foot long cookie. It was not baked all the way, the whole thing was a gooey nasty mess, and the 2 bites we tried taking tasted like play doh, so it’s completely inedible. Will never spend money at this subway ever again. The one in Clearview is always on point.

I went there to grabbed some take away last weekend. They have this server name Ryan, who accommodated us. He was very polite and he helped me out to choose the best sandwich. Indeed he is very good on his job. Keep up the good work and hope to see you again there.

Was there today to get 2 footlongs for the $15 deal. One was made the same and the other was different as in only one side had chicken other did not as I’m vegetarian. Lady named Lisa there told me the deal will not apply as my order now is one foot long and two 6 inch subs. She was very rude when I tried to reason with her as to why it isn’t applicable and how I can apply it. Instead of helping, she said that’s fine I’ll give you the deal and pay the difference with my own money. This didn’t suit well with me and I think instead I should have been helped. I said I’ll take the chicken for both sides but still she insisted to call her manager and continued to argue with my reasonings. Would have been easier to just help me achieve the deal then argue and say that she would have to pay the difference from her pocket. Terrible experience with service.
