Don’t get gift cards for Christmas at this subway they charge you double saying the first transaction didn’t work but it does and they don’t refund you your money, it’s happened to me and a couple people I know. This is a classic scam tactic to make extra money during the Christmas season. So if you don’t want to be scammed do not go here. Terrible customer service and food quality for subway.

Anytime I preorder at this location they don’t give me what i ask for, they miss ingredients. It doesn’t happen at other locations only here so idk if it’s their system or staff.

What a terrible Subway. Tiny portions, bad food and then they try to automatically add a tip to your bill!! Lots of good Subways around, but you should avoid this one!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. Two employees were speaking in Hindi and laughing at an elderly customer who was taking her time ordering. When I mentioned that I understood Hindi, they immediately became defensive and claimed they were talking about someone else, which was clearly not true. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s important for staff to understand that using another language to make jokes about customers creates a language barrier and makes others feel excluded or disrespected. Subway employees should treat all customers, especially seniors, with patience, kindness, and professionalism. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training on respect and workplace conduct.

$16.00 for a dub that had nothing on it, order same sub every time. Ride lady working, I will spend $16.00 for a sandwich somewhere else next time.

Do not preorder here. My order has been missing ingredients or made so poorly it was barely edible 3 times in the last 2 months. This location is also routinely out of main ingredients like lettuce and tomatoes. I gave it 2 stars because it is clean. Disappointing- we like subway and the location is great but the quality is terrible.

Horrible customer service. Multiple orders a mixed up and nothing was labeled. Nobody wound up with the Sandwich they ordered. Zero accountability here and Zero Customer Service.
