lettuce was beyond bad and clearly expired... but since the tubs were full they have to serve it? what happened to fresh ingredients? lady put sauce on to her liking cant even eat it with out big globs of mustard dripping. will not be returning

They charged me for a quacamole the scoop was half the lady Didn’t even care .
I prefer not to visit again.

I recently visited Subway and had a great experience! The restaurant was clean, and everything looked fresh and well-organized. The staff were super friendly and professional — they took time to make my sandwich exactly how I wanted, with a smile and great attitude. You can really tell they care about customer satisfaction. The veggies were crisp, the bread was soft and warm, and the service was quick even during busy hours. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to highly recommend it!

Workers are great, management is terrible. They are constantly completely out of various vegetables, meats, and sauces.
I visited Subway recently and ordered a vegetarian sub. I politely asked the staff member to change gloves before making it, which she did. However, while preparing the sandwich, she started cutting the tomato slices in half instead of using full slices. It felt strange because it seemed like I was being given half the amount of vegetables. For a place like Subway, consistency matters, and this experience was disappointing. I think more training would be helpful so staff can follow proper preparation and portion standards.

I asked for my flatbread to be grilled, as like a panini, the cheese wasn’t even melted, the meat still cold. Certainly not what I asked for and certainly not worth the almost $10 I paid. The staff member didn’t even know if he could grill the sandwich before putting the veggies on.

Love coming here for an easy lunch, the place is clean and well maintained and the staff are even better. I've never had an issue here whether its picking up an order or getting one made when I come in, which is why this is a frequent visit of mine. Recommend coming here for there wide assortment and amazing staff.

it is stated online that this place is 24 hours for the drive thru. I went there and was told to wait 30mins for a sandwich because they were cleaning. I expect a 24 hour fast food to be cleaned regularly and not telling customers to wait 25mins especially when I was the only customer. I was very disappointed. Will not be going back to this location. This happened on Aug 30, 2025 at 12am.

Stopped in here on road trip, the service was okay, vege selection was okay but missing some cold cuts/meats, cheese, and two types of bread to pick from? Isn’t there normally about 6 breads to select from? Ummm weird when making sandwiches is your specialty?
