Went to get lunch and they only had one person making sandwiches for people in store, the other two were doing mobile and skip orders. It took 32 minutes. Bathrooms were filthy and out of soap. All tables were dirty. The staff was rude.

Went into the drive thru and preferred my usual, I got the food and it was cold. I asked for it to be toasted and the chicken was still cold like it came out of the fridge and the person at the window didn’t say a word to me just handed the debit machine to me.

Very disappointed with the service. The online hours and the entrance sign clearly stated that the site closes at 9 PM on Sundays. However, when we arrived 30 minutes before closing, the site had already shut down. Despite seeing us knocking at the door, the staff member inside completely ignored us and made no effort to communicate or assist. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating experience!

I was so disappointed by the staff, I ask for veggie patty sub. They didn’t add veggie patty in the sub and the staff of was rude , they didn’t apologize for their mistake . I don’t want to give them one star also but there is no option for zero . ?

The bread has gotten significantly smaller which means it holds less vegetables. I’ve worked in the area for 3 years and I was a regular customer.
Not only has the price skyrocketed, talking 20$ sandwiches at this point but it’s gotten smaller!
If you use the drive thru, know there is a mandatory tip option that the associate chooses for you. So watch out for that. If you did not have an option, they chose something for you.
It’s truly sad we’ve gone from 5$ footlongs to $20 series. Today will be my last visit.

As a celiac, I’m aware that most fast food places are not gluten free, however, most subways are very accommodating and always ask “allergy? Or preference?” And when I say allergy, they go above and beyond to make sure it does not get contaminated. Not this subway! They contaminate everything and never even ask if it’s allergy or preference. Will NOT be dining here again.

But, I didn't eat in there...my handsome son & his beautiful girlfriend ate. I've come to see that our food is toxic. And, don't eat carbs anymore. Especially, with there seed oil dressing, and there buns.
