The staff are absolute weapons. They made sure my sandwich was the way I liked it - thanks
Very neat and friendly environment. Had my lunch on the way home. Best people.

This was one of the worst subways I've been to in a while. They give you no meat on your sandwich, it's takes a while to get to you, it took us 30 minutes even though five people were ahead, two of which were at the counter to pay. They put more sauce on the sandwich than meat, and their spinach had gone bad and was very rubbery and tasted of dirt. The staff were friendly, but the yelling of other customers made it hard to hear the staff.

The quick Gasoline Alley food experience sacrifices nothing in quality! Great staff who are friendly and fast and the food is consistently nice!

Jayden was awesome! I have a gluten allergy and he was so thorough with preparing my sandwich (hand washing, changing gloves a couple of times). Having an allergy is challenging so I appreciated the extra care.

Great job with my wrap, fresh ingredients. Jayden was super nice, talkative, and helpful. He did a great job with our food. One of the best subways I've been to.

Lady at the counter doesn’t speak good english Doesn't have product knowledge. Took so long for just a foot long. I think you guys should have well trained staff.
They charged me for a quacamole the scoop was half the lady Didn’t even care .
I prefer not to visit again.

Friendly, nice, clean
Restaurantji Recommends
I recently visited Subway and had a great experience! The restaurant was clean, and everything looked fresh and well-organized. The staff were super friendly and professional — they took time to make my sandwich exactly how I wanted, with a smile and great attitude. You can really tell they care about customer satisfaction. The veggies were crisp, the bread was soft and warm, and the service was quick even during busy hours. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to highly recommend it!

Workers are great, management is terrible. They are constantly completely out of various vegetables, meats, and sauces.

I visited Subway recently and ordered a vegetarian sub. I politely asked the staff member to change gloves before making it, which she did. However, while preparing the sandwich, she started cutting the tomato slices in half instead of using full slices. It felt strange because it seemed like I was being given half the amount of vegetables. For a place like Subway, consistency matters, and this experience was disappointing. I think more training would be helpful so staff can follow proper preparation and portion standards.

I asked for my flatbread to be grilled, as like a panini, the cheese wasn’t even melted, the meat still cold. Certainly not what I asked for and certainly not worth the almost $10 I paid. The staff member didn’t even know if he could grill the sandwich before putting the veggies on.
