The worst service off all subway locations in Red Deer! if you don’t mind waiting an extra 10-15 minutes every time your here and being denied the option to use your coupons..then this is your place.

Employees denied me from the sub I paid for on the app for pick up because “it was apparently ordered on skip the dishes.” The man there wouldn’t look at the name on the sub, so when I said my name and the type of sub he tried telling me I must’ve ordered at a different location, I know I ordered at Dunlop street. Even when I showed him my phone with the information on the app, he still denied me the sandwich until he finally looked down at the receipt to see I was correct. He and the lady there were quite rude, didn’t apologize for insisting I didn’t buy a sub and that the sub which clearly had my name and type of sub on the receipt wasn’t mine and was someone’s on skip the dishes. Next time actually look at the sub and the receipt before denying a customer they’re already paid for sub. Think I’ll start going to other subways instead

Great service and order was completed quickly, however the meatballs on our one sub were so overcooked that they crunched all the way through and were as hard as a rock. Our other sub despite not having much sauce was so wet that it was dripping. Never experienced this level of quality at Subway before.

Parking: Not much parking in front of the store but a large parking lot surrounding the area.

Ordered a mozzarella Bella because it's vegetarian and it came with meatballs and marinara on it. And as you can tell by the pic it has excessive amounts of pesto and was put together poorly. Called the restaurant and they weren't apologetic at all, just "come back and get another one if you want. " Such an inconvenience but I get that mistakes happen. I wouldn't even be writing a review right now if he would have just apologized once and offered me a credit for the future instead of saying I have to come back now. So I called back to say I'm unable to come back right now and see if there's anything else they can do and no one will answer the phone. Left a voicemail. Pretty annoyed that I just wasted my money, subway isn't cheap. If it was food for one of my kids I'd be even more annoyed right now.

First time going back to Subway since the menu has changed. It’s so expensive now and the subs were not good at all. What a waste of money! The bread was dry, thin and crumbly and then everything turned into mush. Chicken was gross tasting and the mozzarella big chunks of cheese were disgusting. It was pricy before but at least the food was good. Now there’s no way I’ll be going back again.

I went here as we had lacrosse not far away. Had an order of 7 subs. Basically shut the place down as the staff could not make more than 1 sub at a time. Avoid this subway.
