I am writing to formally complain about a very unpleasant experience I had at your store around 4:00 PM. The staff member, a Filipino lady, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about the types of bread available, she told me to “read the chart” in a disrespectful tone. I also inquired about a promotion, and instead of explaining politely, she abruptly said she “can’t give it” because it must be done online.
Her attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable and made me feel disrespected as a customer. This is not the kind of service I expect from Subway. I request that this matter be investigated seriously and appropriate action be taken to ensure other customers don’t go through the same experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The Sandwich Artist was very rude and unprofessional-did not greet me, didn't acknowledge my presence, or even ask me to wait while they were busy doing other stuff. I stood there for about two minutes without any interaction. A simple Hi or I'll be with you shortly would've gone a long way. Customer service really matters, and this kind of treatment made me feel unwelcome.
Sandwich Artist Cindy is very very slow. Very zoned out. Focussing on the mall and not on her job or customers. Not friendly. Wont speak. Will not go back if she is on duty as she is turning away customers
Amazing
staff are friendly

Mike was the one that helped me and he had great service. He was very kind, and persuasive and all around great and my food was great as usual. I’ve been to this location a lot and never had an issues with this one. Mike asked at the end of my visit while paying if I wanted a foot long cookie, I said no thanks not today and he said it’s free with the purchase of a foot long today which I didn’t know and I was hesitant thinking he was just trying get me to spend more but he wasn’t. He even showed me the receipt at the end of my purchase that the cookie was actually free with my purchase. He was also very interactive with me and made it a great visit all around.
