Last night I ordered subway, barely having time to eat as a new mom and expecting nothing less than what I have always had my entire life which is awesome. The sub I got was disgusting. It was not even edible it was greasy and disgusting there was no meat on it there was no veggies on it there was nothing it was disgusting greasy filled bread. I don't like to complain but I had to considering the price inflation of everything these days. The manager who was on today went above and beyond what I expected I just wanted a new sub but she had to drive it to me herself and hand it to me herself which I appreciate so much and my sub was absolutely delicious. So thank you for that very much I appreciate that.

Didn't change gloves then gave me slimey black spinach at the bottom of the container instead of changing it and giving me fresh spinach he thought it was acceptable to give me slimey black rotting spinach from the bottom of the container.... 🤢🤮 They also give you hardly anything for vegetables and you have to nag them to give you more veggies every time I go here.

While visiting this location, I observed a customer being very rude/verbally harassing the staff. The lady in charge was extremely professional and handled the situation tactfully. I was very impressed with the customer service.

The portion size is laughable for the rice bowls. I've had these many times, and this was the tiniest amount of everything she could possibly add. The items like cheese and guacamole that were included in the one I chose had to be asked for. I seemed like every piece of lettuce she added was coming directly out of her paycheck. The bowls are $13 each. The bowl being half full after all veggies are added is ridiculous. I even politely asked for a bit more lettuce, which was just enough to fit on a soup spoon. We won't return to this location.

Got a 6 inch cold cut . Open up and my bread was hard as a Rock . Went up to ask for my topping to be swapped on to fresh bread . The lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at me . Open the door to where they store the bread . Slammed it tossed the bread on the counter . Started cutting it aggressively. I literally turned around and went and sat down with my hard as a rock sub and choked it down . The word CUSTOMER SERVICE does not exist at this subway. Saying Always Fresh for their motto doesn't work for this location. Just rude attitudes and gross food
