Ordered from here today. 1 customer in shop. We ordered 2 subs and planned to eat them there. Asked sandwhich artist how her day was going and she said very slow day as they were quiet. We paid for our meals and then looked for a table to sit at. EVERY TABLE WAS dirty with crumbs/sauces. You would think being so slow you could wipe a table... We took our food to go....

Terrible customer service from “Nadine”.Nice customer service from the friendly man.It was 2:00 am, I was in a good mood & had it completely ruined from the lady working. I walked in with a smile & it was the lady only up front at the till, she did not acknowledge me or look up for 3 minutes while I was right in front of her. When she looked up, all i was greeted with was “what do you want” in a very rude tone. I then answered with “You cannot greet a customer?” then she rolled her eyes with no response. She walked to the back & I was served by the other friendly guy working. She made my experience terrible & i’m sure she did ruin a whole lot of other moods tonight. I am understanding of the stress of night shift, but you are being paid to work in customer service. If you can’t do the least & treat a paying customer nicely go work elsewhere. Terrible experience because of the way she treated me.February 23rd, Friday morning @ 2:00.This didn’t even deserve 1 star, but the gentleman was kind & treated me well.

I had ordered online on the subway app and made a mistake on the order, so i went in just to let the workers know, no biggie. When i walked in the cashier whose name was Nadine didn't even acknowledge me as she was busy dealing with receipts, when she looked up she stared at me and i was greeted with “what do you want” in a gross tone, i let her know that i wanted to correct my order that i had just placed online , and she says “well i literally just received the order so..” in a nasty tone aswell. She then rolled her eyes and turned away and went into the back where the other employee greeted me and made our food and never came out again. I understand that we all have our days but this was just so rude and disrespectful as i wasn't being impatient and was polite. I hope this doesn't go unnoticed as this was so unwelcoming and uncalled for. This took place on Friday feb 23rd at 2:30am

I went to have lunch at Subway. Their vegetables did not look fresh. Their bread was squashed. The lady was not very nice to talk I felt very uncomfortable very disappointed because I eat there all the time and lately it’s gone downhill.

Been here twice in the last month came both times at 12pm they have been serving lunch for maybe 1 hour and both times they have been out of soup completely there’s no way they sold all of it that fast it’s disappointing today they had nothing on the soup board so I asked they said no they didn’t have any not that they were just out of the one I wanted but they had none at all ! It’s very annoying especially since this has happened more than once

Yeaaah these portions ain't it. Typically every subway I've been to puts lots of toppings on but this one hardly puts any on. You can barely taste it. I kid you not they only put like 5 pieces of onion on. This is subway, not Taco Bell. Cheap manager needs to quit already because clearly it's a common issue.

Amazing customer service from the staff members i encounter. They really are sandwich artists because they dont just throw the contents on the sub. They make it even and generously. I worked at subway years ago and i am glad they make my sub like how i used to haha!

Funny, I was coming on here to comment about the portions and seen that others are complaining as well. I've been to many Subways, and have never seen this. I have to ask 4 times for toppings. This is ridiculous. Will never visit this location again. What a joke. Hopefully Cathy is reading this. You are the reason your store is loosing money and customers.
