Cashier had trouble understanding my order, food was not worth the price. Had tacos beef with less than a tablespoon of meat on it. Had lots of lettuce and not much else. Food was cold, and not worth $15.00. Wasn't worth $4.00 for 4 tacos. Will not eat there again. Place was clean though.
The staff here are awful, I am in the drive through now so pissed off that a couldn’t get my order out without being interrupted by “anything else” 4 times. Then to not repeat my order like I know it’s not gonna be right cause he wasn’t even listening to me. When I said no that’s everything I was gonna ask him to repeat it or double check it but he just said “ok at the window” so fast and turned off the speaker. I have never had such terrible service and in a drive through that isn’t even moving fast either way it’s pointless to rush people. These people need to be fired.

Yeah so if you’re open until 10:00, you should probably not refuse someone before 9:50. It’s not my problem you tried closing early when you are supposed to be open, serving the public until 10:00. Ridiculous. Not like it was a slow night either, there were plenty of other people in drive through that were dissapointed you guys closed over 10 minutes early. Just annoying because I made a detour on my road trip specifically for Taco Bell, just to be refused service during service hours. Not to mention when I asked the girl on the speaker why they are closing early, I was completely ignored.
Ordered a supreme beef burrito and all I got was refried beans lmao my crunch wrap had little to no beef on the plus side there was no rat poison in our food

Slowest drive thru on the planet. Do not go if you need to be anywhere for the next hour. Writing this as I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes.

We don't have a local Taco Bell so this was supposed to be a treat.
We ordered our food ..
We had a couple combo meals and Doritos taco meal
They hand us one bag....and off we went
It was at this point, as I looked in the bag at all these mini wrapped 🫔 and 🌮 we realized we did not know what belonged to who's meal, or even what each was..
We ordered the food... But as it was not clearly marked on what food went where, with who's combo..
Without the photos, we had no idea..
The only thing we did know was the red shells were Doritos..
So food was just handed out.. one eats slower... And by the time she got to her meal.. and unwrapped what looked identical to the beef taco... ( They were both in same wrapper titled taco) ... She was highly disappointed to see .....chicken.
A meat she does not enjoy.

Stop thinking everyone works there and just knows.
And it would not kill to have customer service where when someone uses a coupon, if you are going to upsale a side salad...inform them ONLY one side is included .
That poor elderly lady...who was so rudely treated ( which is why I am blunt this time)
You were out of pop lids for the cups that come with combos.. lady brought out like 10 ....in her hands..
Soap and water before touching the lids after touching money would be nice???

Rude . If you are going to ask for our order the moment we step in the door .
Do not get cranky if folks try to read the menu first.

They are always understaffed here so it takes a bit to get food
I Seriously don’t mind waiting for my food if it’s busy, but waiting 30 min PLUS the order being wrong with missing items for $40+ is just annoying. Take your time. Make sure everything is included. Try to understand what the customer ordered, don’t try to rush! Thanks
It's a pretty decent KFC/Taco Bell location. With them being so few and far between, I'm not going to complain.
As a former employee, absolutely disgusted. Store was dirty, couldn't see out of windows, the men's bathroom has been out of order for almost a year. Service was not there, the big crunches had been sitting for a while, and fries were old. One time before this visit, my son and I waited an hour and 15 minutes for chicken, kept telling us 20 minutes, 3 times. That's 2 strikes. 3 strikes, your out.
