Mackenzie was snarky & short with me; I told her I wanted our taco salad to go and she said they had no boxes so she would be giving it to me with without the shell in a bowl! I said no that wouldnât be acceptable then magically she went to the back and found a larger box for our taco salad. I told her she should get an attitude adjustment! Otherwise food was good.

My boyfriend ordered a chicken quesadilla and deluxe mexi fries the girl working there just didnât care his mexi fries had maybe 5-6 fries in them. His quesadilla was icy cold cheese not even melted nothing and she claimed it was panini pressed which it wasnât. She had snarky attitude and was laughing cause she thought it was funny we spent $20 on food that was disappointing. Will never eat here again.

The cashier in this Taco Time location was rude and inept in customer service. The taco I ate was good, at a reasonable price, but the lack of courteous service is the worst experience I have had in any dining establishment. I tried to order once and walked away, and this time, I placed an order but was met with a snarkey attitude.

We always come for Taco Tuesdays! And we really like the taste of their fresh ingredients compared to other restaurants! Lettuce. Meat. Cheese. Matoes! The wrap! Uh no Dad! Delete the no dad!Yanks for a great supper, Taco Time!

Went today to the parkland mall location. The girl behind the counter didnât say hi, what can I get you, nothing even after we said hello. Very poor service and it was very disappointing. Didnât end up eating here and will not be returning to this location again.

LOVE THE OWNER BUT If the cashier even acknowledged my existent I wouldn't be leaving a review. But I stood there for almost 4 minutes before just walking away. I even said excuse me twice WHICH IS INSANE. Get off your phone and do your job.I am now enjoying my subway watching her STILL on her phone after 20 minutes. Hopefully while on there she takes the time to check out the reviews she is causing.

The cashier literally did not say one word to me. Not hi , not what can I get you⊠did not tell me how much it was. Didnât ask if I wanted hot sauce (and now I donât have any!). I am not exaggerating when I say not one word. Super rude and awkward to be honest. We love taco time and always have excellent service in other ones in red deer. But we never come to parkland mall and wonât be in a rush to come and eat here at this one. Iâm going to go somewhere in the middle on rating because the food is good
