The food and atmosphere were ok. Our server never looked right at us. Not once. No eye contact at all. Didn't explain anything about our food choices. The only time we actually had any engagement from them was when it came time to pay. Classic. I won't be coming back.

We booked the private dining area for a birthday party, so we were in no rush and wanted to stay and visit for a few hours. Food was good. Service was great. We were happy with the menu options and the prices. We were there for lunch, so not sure what it is like in the evening.

I went while waiting for my tires to be switched at costco at lunch, and the waitress was friendly and attentive,it was a busy for a lunch and I didn't have to wait for my food which was great.i felt very welcomed even though I was a single diner ,was offered to wait there while my tires took forever .to the waitress that looked after me, thank you very much

First time here. The food was okay, and the wings were good. Spinach dip was terrible. Service was terrible. Waitress was barely nearby and quickly slid everything on the table, and she walked away before it was situated on the table. She didn't even smile or ask how everything was. 3 other tables near us got all kinds of friendly chit-chat and service with small talk. Won't be back any time soon.

We were there for Slappy Pappy. We've been coming there for many years. The service has always been great but September 20th, was exceptional!! Randi L was attentive, friendly and a great server. It was crazy busy however we didnt wait long for anything. Best service we've ever had!!!
I ordered a gluten free lasagna and the lasagna I received was not gluten free nor was the bread. I now have a 24 dollar lasagna that I can’t eat because the hideout can’t do anything about it because I ordered through Uber. Not only can they not fix it Uber only refunded me 4 dollars for the gluten free noodles and not the other 20 for the lasagna nor the delivery fee and now I’m out 30bucks for a meal that I can’t eat.

I need to say something about the amazing service I received at Hideout in Red Deer. I have a terrible list of allergies as well as celiac disease. The server and manager went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of…I have never experienced such service before, my whole table was blown away at the lengths they went to, I tried to tell them not to worry about it, but they kept trying to find a solution and really made me feel valued. Thank you so much!!
The service that Payton gave me was absolutely amazing. The beef dip was very delicious. 10 out 10!!

Been here a couple times. Overall food is good, little pricey but still good enough for me to come back occasionally. But I found out tonight that they are putting a mandatory 5% gratuity on takeout orders.... when I asked the waitress why there was one she said it was for the kitchen. Ridiculous they're putting this extra cost on their customers instead of paying their staff properly, especially since they're already pricier. Honestly don't know if I'll come back again.
