Most disgusting tim hortons bathroom ive ever seen. Dirt and grime everywhere, someones old shoes, fanny pack and USED LATEX GLOVES laying all over the floor. I just left because i can only imagine what the back of the restaurant looks like.

Originally I had posted a good review for this location. As someone who has worked at this location previously, I always gave this location a good review. I stopped in this morning for three breakfast items and three drinks. They insisted I pull around to the back where one other person was waiting. In the time I was parked a third person pulled up. The lady came out and brought the gentleman in the truck his food and handed off my food to the third car. I knew that had to be my food. I watched the lady open the bag and go through it. I pulled up once the truck had moved and the employee noticed that I had moved up. She asked me if I was waiting for food and proceeded to the car to which the lady told her this is not her order. After watching the lady open the bad and go through it, I was not wanting my order from her. The employee too the bag inside and brought my food out in less than 2 minutes. As someone who works there, there is no way to make three sandwiches in the time frame it took her to walk and and come back. I told her that I was not happy and it was pretty quick. She said no we threw out the food. When I opened the bag which was clearly the previous bag as it was slightly ripped, I could immediately tell one of the three sandwiches was opened as the paper was crumpled. You could tell that two were untouched. I told her I was going to leave a review so here I am. This is inexcusable. If you do not have the time to confirm peoples orders in the back of a building, before handing them off, you shouldn't be sending them to the back of the store. I know they are timed and that is why they take the short cut and send people to the back. I will not be supporting this location any longer.

Absolutely filthy building and even worse when you go into the restroom. Disability stalls toilet was unusable, cigarette butts on the floor, unknown substances covering the walls. Was told to order at a kiosk instead of with a human. Two hash browns and egg bites took over ten minutes. When we went up to ask they said it had been ready for “a long time” at no point did me or my family member hear our order called out.

Absolutely horrible experience everytime I go here due solely to the local vagrants either causing trouble, shouting, threatening customers, or making an absolute mess of the bathrooms. I don't know how to be any more clear about this. You NEED a full-time security guard at this location. Oddly it is the other locations that have the locks on their bathroom doors, but not this one for some reason.

Sitting area had lots of room to improve on cleanliness. Cliental which I understand is hard to monitor with out private security was not optimum. Would chose different location in the future
