I am so tired of getting coffee that tastes like warm cream. It has no body, no flavor, nothing to it just watery cream. This past two weeks have been horrible at this location. Soooo much cream it is disgusting. Are they brewing the beans twice? Because I can not taste coffee at all and it os a coffee I order.
I have already complained to the website and I am sure I will get the usual copy and paste response from "The owner" that every bad review on here gets. It is just sad and typical you can not respond to customers complaints more then the generic copy and paste answers.
I am done with this place.

Service is okay, the atmosphere is nice and open, but the amount of times I've had little to no spread on my bagel is very disappointing. It's a full ice cream scoop, or at least it's supposed to be

My boyfriend ordered a caramel ice cap with a shot of espresso, he received a hot caramel expresso.
I’m allergic to egg, ALLERGIC. They put egg in the farmers wrap after being told multiple times.
There were 9+ employees working there. We waited 7+ minutes at the till with not a single person serving people.
The most disappointing Tim’s experience EVER. Honestly, I’m done with the franchise. Way too many times I’ve been let down by their service. SMH, do better!!!!

We just went through the drive through and the maple bacon croissant sandwich was cold, the egg on the two sausage breakfast sandwiches was overcooked and they forgot out hash browns. We couldn't go back as we are on our way to Edmonton but I'm very disappointed. It wasn't even busy yet :-(

The service at this tim horton is too bad. Today i ordered tim bits here and there i found a hair in it. This really disappointed me and when i went to phillipine employee to show the hair she changed my timbits with very rude behaviour she didn't even said sorry to me for this mistake and this made me angry. So i recommend all that please go to other tim hortons but not at this location.

Well , I never posted reviews on any app or any restaurants but this tim- Horton is sooo bad. All the workers are Phillips....they have majority...they just act to do things fast.....They just wanna to do 5 orders in 1 minute... what about quality...... Great for getting coffee, but really suck for closing the washrooms at least 2hrs before they close. I understand why they do it, but, it's completely unfair for other customers

The staff is useless all are bsy with drive thru only around (7 people) & nobody is care about drivers and dine in. When i ask for wait time they send diffrent person evry diffrnt time.

Decent place. But ther workers are extremely rude. Never seen a worker make such a stink over a 2 dollar coffee. "NO COFFEE FOR YOU"
