I beg of you! Stop messing up simple orders. How do you mess up 1 coffee 1 bran muffin? I got a tea and a fruit filled muffin. the order on the screen was correct before I went to the window. How do you guys keep messing this up? Do you just not care about your jobs? How can we as customers help you do better? Because 80% of the time.you guys at this location are messing it up.

This Tim Hortons is nothing less than disgusting. I went to eat, but first use their washroom, and it looked like a room outta of movie Saw. Not sanitary, the walls and doors of the stall almost made me vomit, the rest was not much better. Their leather chairs are all damaged, day staff is rude. If you want a nice coffee shop, don't go there. Shame on lazy owners.

I ordered a salad bowl but received a wrap then was told to pay extra for their mistake . I declined and the salad I got was slop with a piece of lettuce . A crappy meal thrown together with attitude

It was so busy morning on Saturday, August 9:
I waited a few minutes before being assisted, then had to wait longer because my sandwich was given to someone else. Bit the crew was really apologetic. But the sandwhich and the coffee taste really good. Thank you 😄

So… me and my husband were there to pick some food and coffe at this tim Horton for the first time. And the lady who were was very rude and also i ask her to add something in my order. She said come back again and order from screen. Tims are not tims anymore that used to be before. Plz don’t work if u don’t want to serve properly and nicely
