I've never reviewed before, but for this place I will. I came in last Friday. A shame this place is just put in a corner of the 7-11. Only 3 for atmosphere for that. But It's a little gem of a Tims! Staff were friendly and fun. Food was great. Just wish they had a bigger store with more variety like other Tim's. Or I would come here more often.

The lady in the drive through was so horrible. Had to pull off to the side for 20 mins for a farmers wrap. The food wasn’t that great either, way better at other tim’s. if i could give it a zero i would.

Unfortunately, I do have to give this Tim Horton's a 1 star rating. I go through the drive thru almost everyday at about 7:00 AM and order a bagel and a tea. It takes at least 5 minutes to get my order, and that is providing nobody is in line in front of me.

Well, when I see so many negative reviews, I realize I'm not the only one. I don't want to put negative comments, but this one compelled me. After receiving the order, I went back to the car and found the wrong bagel given. Got back to the store, and the staff tried to prove me wrong. Anyways, they did not have the bagel, they told me. When I opened the wrong one, It was a foul smell like an old bagel. One can vomit after eating. Did not eat any (ordered 2 actually) and was already on highway, so I couldn't come back. I'm not sure what the owner is doing to improve as so many people complaint in their reviews.
Tim Hortons makes the worst coffee imaginable, but if you're addicted to it, this place has it.
The food keeps getting worse. I don't think I'd ever eat it at Tim Hortons again if I can avoid it.

The gas station in which this Tim's is inside is extremely busy and cramped. They don't serve most food and service can be quite slow. Staff are always great to deal with. There's a vacant building mere meters away I wish they would move into.
Parking: Extremely busy parking lot, it's a popular stop for travelers

Wheelchair accessibility: Not a lot of room to maneuver a wheelchair inside, this includes the bathrooms

It’s disappointing to see that some of their staff members are beyond rude with their customers at drive thru window. Zero sense of taking care of the payments and how to handle the food. Really disappointed. Although I am their regular customer. I hope they would improve.
