Horrible service, there was one person working there and charged us 50 cents for whipped cream and then didn't even have whipped cream. She didn't give us refund either.

Worst service at the Tim Hortons at this location, very rude staff and manager Allana should train the staff how to treat their valuable customers. Just visited this location inside 7 eleven, the girl without a name tag, wearing glasses did not help out. I drink Tim Hortons everyday, I requested for a survey invoice since my invoice was in the car from last purchase, which I was going to use it for the purchase today. She had it at the counter but she still refuses to give it to me. My order was for the family with kids but she refused to help me out and snatched the invoice from me and told her she can't give it to me. I was going to make first order and then use it for other orders that I did. I even told her all the other Tim Hortons are very friendly and never have I ever been refused but she was adamant about it. Never coming here and will ensure to tell everyone in my community about my experience.

I've never reviewed before, but for this place I will. I came in last Friday. A shame this place is just put in a corner of the 7-11. Only 3 for atmosphere for that. But It's a little gem of a Tims! Staff were friendly and fun. Food was great. Just wish they had a bigger store with more variety like other Tim's. Or I would come here more often.

The lady in the drive through was so horrible. Had to pull off to the side for 20 mins for a farmers wrap. The food wasn’t that great either, way better at other tim’s. if i could give it a zero i would.

Unfortunately, I do have to give this Tim Horton's a 1 star rating. I go through the drive thru almost everyday at about 7:00 AM and order a bagel and a tea. It takes at least 5 minutes to get my order, and that is providing nobody is in line in front of me.

Well, when I see so many negative reviews, I realize I'm not the only one. I don't want to put negative comments, but this one compelled me. After receiving the order, I went back to the car and found the wrong bagel given. Got back to the store, and the staff tried to prove me wrong. Anyways, they did not have the bagel, they told me. When I opened the wrong one, It was a foul smell like an old bagel. One can vomit after eating. Did not eat any (ordered 2 actually) and was already on highway, so I couldn't come back. I'm not sure what the owner is doing to improve as so many people complaint in their reviews.
