Amazing service! Been to many Tims and this one has the best service I have seen in a long time. Everyone was friendly and fast. My go to place now when I come to Red Deer!
Ordered a standard turkey bacon club, after milling around for 15 minutes and watching about a dozen other customers order and get their meals one of the staff asked “what are you waiting for sir”. I told them about my sandwich and they all looked around at each other, lost and confused.
So when they punch my order into the cash register and it shows up on the screens in the back….how does it get missed? How does nobody working back there know anything about my order?
Tim Horton would roll over in his grave if he could see what a pathetic disgrace this entire franchise has become

Very poor service at this Tim Hortons. The pastries were not labeled correctly, which caused confusion. When I pointed out that the item I received was wrong, I was met with a rude response: ‘It is look like a cookies for you.’ Staff should not talk to customers this way. Definitely not coming back.
