I'm starting to think the only reason Tim Hortons stays in business is due to people like me that continually get bad service, crappy food and go back. The people taking your order can't handle more then one item at a time with one variation or they lose their minds and yell "hold on, hold on" that's everything? Well if you would quit interrupting me you would know it's not. On top of that they serve food that my dog thinks twice about pictures are from two separate visits

Went to drive through yesterday. Got a coffee , ordered the bailey's cream. She forgot it at the front so I watched her take the lid off, throw some of the cream in , didn't stir , put the lid back on wiped the cup and gave it back to me. needless to say
I didn't drink the coffee .... 🙃

Need improvement in service. Ask customer detail order and don't assume. Cilantro lime bowl has 3 types, I wanted vegi. I wasn't asked, and they made a chicken.

The Filipino guy in the drive-thru is so rude, Tim Hortons Head Office should discipline their staff. I worked at tim hortons before, and we are trained not to let customers be displeased in any way, like asking them to move faster while they are being served. They should wait and not treat their customers with attitude. Happened between 3:00-3:30 pm. August 18, '24.

Tim Hortons auditors should see this and should not pass this kind of service.

They start taking away the racks of donuts around 7pm and they stop making donuts around that same time and it takes a really long time to serve you. They always run out of options at 3 hours before they close

Went to the drive thru to get a meal. Was having payment issues. As I was transferring money I was told if I could move to the front. When I said no im almost done the worker started to speak in a secondary language infront of me to her coworker. Seemed pretty disrespectful.

I ordered a large dark roast black ,with 4 creme 4 sugar on the side , i got the coffee and was handed so i thought was the sugar and creme ...............it was a donut????? i didnt ask for or want a donut lol maybe some retraining hahahaha

The woman working soup and sandwiches deserves a raise! She was impressive as heck making 8+ pizzas at the same time, and our food came out PERFECT.
