This Tim Hortons is so dirty. Every time I come the floors are filthy, the windows are dirty and the bathrooms are not clean. Staff is good but the cleanliness is definitely lacking.

ordered cilantro chicken bowl and meat flatbread pizza. the chicken in the bowl looked and tasted like canned chicken, actually smelled like tuna. The flatbread pizza was doughy , and really the worst flatbread pizza I ever had. Sorry, but was really disappointed and will not go back .

Mary who is the Supervisor is extremely unprofessional, rude and no ethics to deal with the customer. Never thought I will encounter such person and her statement were “ I don’t care”
On other hand, Cody was nice and he asked me in brief as what happened.
The management needs to talk to her and give her customer handling training because she needs this training.
Love this location! they always make everything I order accurately and it tastes good too. Shout out to Gabby for always ensuring a welcoming atmosphere!
