Mary who is the Supervisor is extremely unprofessional, rude and no ethics to deal with the customer. Never thought I will encounter such person and her statement were “ I don’t care”

On other hand, Cody was nice and he asked me in brief as what happened.

The management needs to talk to her and give her customer handling training because she needs this training.

Highly disappointed with the service.

This Tim's location is my favorite in Red Deer and i drive out of my way to go here! By far the best for service, friendliness and food. They always have everything I order, get the order right and i get pleasant service with lots of smiles. Keep up the great job!!!

bad service, the entire order was completely wrong. we also waited 15+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. the one that they made wrong was also ripped completely on the bottom and was dripping with sauce, which is what i asked them to remove

This Tim Hortons is just awful! I had to wait 15 MINUTES to get a simple sandwich!!!! Never order food from this Tim Hortons because you will have to WAY TOO LONG for it!! All they care about is the stupid drive through and not at all about the front store customers. I wish I could have given 0 Stars.

REMEMBRANCE DAY. My sister & I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the gentleman employee we saw come out of the back door & walk to the front/exit of the drive thru, to play the LAST POST for our veterans @ 11. We had watched the ceremony earlier from OTTAWA on TV then decided to go for a walk. Our father, uncle & 2 aunties fought for our country & our freedom. 💛 ellie

I order 3 wraps, 2 of them were missing a protein that I paid for! When I tried to call the restaurant to get the problem rectified their phone number is “currently unavailable” how convenient for them, no way for me to get what I had paid for! Super frustrating! The young kid at the drive thru window was super friendly was the only upside!
