Just like any regular old Tim's, the food and drinks are good, but most of the staff are pretty slow with taking orders, understanding what you're ordering, and the wait is usually pretty
It’s timmies, nothing special. Some of the workers are sassy though, and like give you weird looks for some reason. Also the pastry items are usually cold and they won’t warm them up unless you ask which is a pain. Tbh writing this review went from 5 stars to 3 as I was writing it soooooo yea
Unfortunately this Tims usually runs quite slowly and features employees who don't seem to be monitored for service and overall people skills. They should expect to be busy as they are in a college, but they always seem to be surprised by long lines. A chronic issue as well is employees who don't talk loud enough for you to hear behind their mask and the plexiglass barrier. Thankfully the food and coffee is as good as you could hope and cheaper than the Starbucks down...
