This location seems to never have stock. Was there again this morning, two items no stock.... omg. This happens all the time. Staff at window is great ...only reason for 2 star. However location is never stocked with stuff they sell and have on menue board.

I was having a really rough day today—completely out of sorts. In the middle of it all, I saw a Tim Hortons and decided to treat myself to an Iced Capp to cool down and reset. I didn’t expect much, but walking into that location genuinely turned my day around.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was such a warm energy in the place—like they were happy to see me, not just because it’s their job, but because they genuinely care about creating a positive experience. Their smiles, even through the smallest interactions, felt sincere. It wasn’t forced—it felt like they truly loved what they were doing and appreciated me being there.

I left not only with a refreshing drink but also with a lighter heart. It may seem like a small moment, but their kindness made a big difference in my day. Tim Hortons should be proud to have a team like this—people who greet with their eyes and connect with you in a meaningful way.

Thank you for turning my day around. I’ll definitely be back.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons location. The staff was rude and displayed discriminatory behavior. I had a promotional offer for $1 off an iced coffee with a donut through the app, but the scanner couldn’t read the barcode on my phone.

Instead of offering helpful support, the staff member rudely handed me a tissue and told me to clean my screen. When the scan still didn’t work, she impatiently told me to wait, then without asking for my permission, she deducted my reward points and applied a discount. I wasn’t even given a choice or explanation.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable—both the poor service and the disrespectful attitude. I’ve been a regular Tim Hortons customer, never coming back to this location.
