I have been a loyal customer at this Tim Hortons location on Orr Drive Red Deer for the past two years, visiting almost twice a week. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the customer service experience has been declining.
The staff members do not seem as friendly as they used to be, and there are often issues with basic items such as condiments. For example, the ketchup container is frequently empty, and customers need to ask for it rather than it being readily available
During my visit today, I ordered a Double Stacked English Muffin combo with a hash brown, a medium double double, and a large French Vanilla. However, I did not receive my double double because the cashier said I did not mention it. I chose not to argue, but I believe more attentiveness when taking orders would help prevent situations like this.

I’m pure vegetarian from past 24 years but today while ordering potato wedges what I received was full of disgust as I received chicken chunks in my food. This is very serious for me, in every aspect from my belief to my emotions. This experience giving me a stress. I don’t want any refund or anything but never going to that Tims again, never.

I started my day with a long line except weekends at Tim Hortons, but the coffee was worth it. Bhav's friendly service made the experience okay. The staff are doing their best.

Food taste ok and fast service but bun wasn’t cut all the way and not toasted, It sucks the 67 st tims doesn’t have the chicken noodle soup thats why I went to this one, I forgot to used my reward card and employee never ask. They didn’t give me my receipt either and no napkins

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience today.

Around 9:05 AM, I ordered 2 hash browns and an Orange Pekoe tea. I politely asked if hot milk could be added instead of cold milk. I even mentioned that I’ve worked at Tim Hortons for two years and know that adding steamed milk (2 portions) is possible.

The staff member at the front called another employee, who said I should be charged for a latte instead. When I asked why—since I was only requesting hot milk—the employee ignored my question and walked away. As I was in a rush, I asked them to just give me my tea as is.

When I returned from the washroom to pick up my order, it was made incorrectly:
• I ordered Orange Pekoe, but was given Steeped Tea
• The hash browns were stale

This was disappointing, especially since I paid for my order and expected basic accuracy and customer service. Respectful communication and correct orders should be a standard. This experience was not up to Tim Hortons’ usual service.

They fouled up two simple coffee and donut orders, twice. That’s their only job and main products. Either staff don’t know what they are doing or don’t care, maybe both.

The staff have always been kind and friendly whether I went inside or used the drive through. This Tim's is a busy location and have always found service is a tad slow even when there were few customers. Their merch shelves appear always empty and slim picking on selection of sweets unless you know their baking schedule.

As busy as traffic can be, this store has a very unique entrance and exit. Smooth flow with traffic. No need to cross traffic coming in or out. Of course the service was great too
