They didn't know about the offers on the mobile app. Staff doesn't sync with the menu.

Their sign is promoting new sandwich which I asked for. However they said they don't have it yet. Then they messed up my simple order with giving me an everything bagel instead of plain. And they never gave me the peanut butter I asked for. Pretty disappointing since it wasn't a complicated order.

Went through drive thru. November 21st, 2025. Check your order before leaving the window. Order an ice cap and tea. Wasn't tea, turned out to be coffee. Got it corrected.

Terrible service. Extremely slow. Only one person taking orders inside. Staff didn’t even acknowledging the 8 people in line. Told me in front of others my payment didn’t work. When I tried again she said “Oh you are using a gift card?” They had entered it as credit card. I replied,” Yes, no one asked what type of payment I was using.” Probably worst service I have had at a Tim Horton’s. I typically don’t submit reviews for bad service , but thought this was worth doing. I won’t be back.

Brought my cousin from Oregon to Tim Hortons in South Red Deer so they could experience this Canadian icon. Sadly, no greeting, no “can I take your order?”, no “your coffee’s ready”—just cold stares and silence. Not the warm Canadian welcome I was hoping to show them. We can do better, Tims. 🇨🇦☕
