Terrible service. Extremely slow. Only one person taking orders inside. Staff didn’t even acknowledging the 8 people in line. Told me in front of others my payment didn’t work. When I tried again she said “Oh you are using a gift card?” They had entered it as credit card. I replied,” Yes, no one asked what type of payment I was using.” Probably worst service I have had at a Tim Horton’s. I typically don’t submit reviews for bad service , but thought this was worth doing. I won’t be back.

Brought my cousin from Oregon to Tim Hortons in South Red Deer so they could experience this Canadian icon. Sadly, no greeting, no “can I take your order?”, no “your coffee’s ready”—just cold stares and silence. Not the warm Canadian welcome I was hoping to show them. We can do better, Tims. 🇨🇦☕

I used to attend this Tim Hortons. Everything was perfect until today, when I ordered two medium vanilla french fries separately. I said it into the microphone at the drive thru. And when I get to the window, it turns out they didn't hear me. I calmly said they should be separate, and the woman at the cash register started to show her displeasure, then hung up on me a couple of times.

Rude behaviour. Extremely poor service. Quality of food is abysmal.

It is not just the first time. Previosly too, the staff showed utterly rude behaviour when I purchased the coffee from the drive-through. But today, their behaviour was extremely rude.

My 84-year old father purchased coffee. They gave a wrong order and a different beverage.

When I approached the guy at the counter, he became rude. And when I asked his name, he tried to give it vaguely and kept uttering a sound 'tangol'. I asked many times about the spellings. And he appeared to make fun of me by repeatedly uttering this bi-syllabic word.

Also it's bathrooms and seats are invariably dirty. I shall never come to this place again. I promise.
