The lettuce is always just thrown on there with no care, I’d be fine with that but sometimes someone will put the meat on properly but another day they’ll just slap on the meat straight out the package it looks like with no care. Takes away all appeal from the sandwich and it’s been like this for a month. Also next time I order I specific combination of cream and sugar in my drink, and they hand it to me at the window with the wrong combination. I’m not just gonna take it. I’m actually gonna get them to remake it. I swear sometimes they know it’s different because it’s on the order but because you’re a regular, they’ll just give you your regular order without checking the order. Slow workers

I placed an order on Skip. The Herb & Garlic pastry is my favorite. I even added a note saying “don’t forget this order.” And my order was:
the customer service is so bad. everyone is so mean and if they mess up ur order instead of u getting mad they’ll get mad. they also talk about u with others in their own language which is very unprofessional.

Not impressed I went yes in the moring. The drive thru was totaly lined up so ran in to the restaurant instead. BUT there was one person at the front counter and looked like 4 or 5 working for drive threw. The The van that pulled in to drive thru when I parked with at lest 10 in front of them and 3 people at the till when I worked. Got served and was on the way before I even got to order. So sad the to be an important customer you have to be in drive thru.

Very rude staff at drive thru. Rushing even when no one except my car in the drive thru. I was just asking my kid what she wants and the guy on the drive thru keep on saying “what else “ rudely. When went to the window to pay two fillipino guys (staff ) started mocking us in their language. And laughing looking at us. I just asked him to be polite when serving or just dont do the job if they don't like it doing

I avoid this timmies if I can help it. Coffee from here usually tastes disgusting. I’ve ordered drinks and they’ve given me the wrong ones more than once. Food is bland which is weird because you’d think all timmies would be the same. Staff has been rude through the drive through and it’s over all the worst timmies I’ve tried
