I'm a regular customer, but I'm consistently disappointed. My coffee is always served lukewarm or cold, and I've mentioned this multiple times with no improvement. The staff's attitude is often unfriendly and unhelpful. I really hope management sees this and fixes these issues

Line up in drive though was longer than 7min. I was given a coffee instead of a tea very disapointing after driving quite awhile to discover it was coffee.

I ordered a Brown Sugar Iced Latte and it was awful — no espresso, just watered-down coffee. The service was extremely slow; I waited over 5 minutes for this disgusting drink. When I asked about it, the staff member named Cel was rude and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge the issue. Very disappointing experience with both the drink and the customer service.

Ordered an Earl Grey tea, got home, and surprise — no tea bag. Just hot water with milk. Basically paid café prices for something I could’ve made by forgetting to clean my kettle. If this is their idea of customer service, maybe they should rename it “Earl Nah.” Don’t waste your time.

I went through drive thru this evening with feeling frustrated with my long day at work. I was greeted with a cheerful and enthusiastic “good evening ma’am, how are you today?” I noticed her name badge Arceli, she demonstrated a genuine total customer service.
I was also pleased to see and witness a flawless flow of engagement, and impeccable teamwork between Arceli and another associate with her.
I hope to see this every time I go to your store. This is now my new favourite store.

If there is zero star i would do that.
one of this Tim's employee who looked South East Asian, maybe Filipino was so rude. We wanted the protein coffee which we heard as new menu. So we just simply asked and she treated us like fool and said we don't have that kind of coffee. And there was! the protein coffee right on the board. after we mention about it finally she went back her word and said we don't have any protein milk. She almost liked shouted at us and never said sorry about it and when we just drove away she kept staring at us.. ridiculous. I want somebody(mananger) find her and gives her a refresher in manner. Just in case she worked on tuesday and got order between 12:10~40.
