This is our favourite Tim Hortons in town due to the cleanliness and the welcoming service from the wonderful staff. The facility is always clean and we are always greeted with a smile and a welcome, even though it is one of the busiest locations in town. It is also a bright and cheerful atmosphere to dine in with the new renovations. Well done to the management and a special thanks to the amazing staff.

usually i never have an issue with this tim hortons they’re incredibly good at getting my order right and very kind however today at around 12pm i bit into a piece of paper in my sandwich which wasn’t so nice. maybe just give a heads up to the sandwich people to make sure they take out all the inedible bits before serving food. i understand rushes and simple mistakes but this is absolutely a choking hazard for children.

I came in today, and nobody acknowledged me for the 5 minutes I stood at the counter. The employees were all incredibly rude, and when I finally got served, the person serving me had a rude attitude and kept muttering herself in another language and basically ignoring me. When I finally got my sausage farmers wrap, it was cold and poorly assembled. 0/10 Overall, a piss poor experience, and I would never recommend this store to someone else.
