Went through DT today 3:00-3:05 roughly , we rolled up first and got ignored while two orders were taken in the other lane , we figured maybe it’s busy in store . We get to the window and the Filipina lady was having attitude just confirming our order . I overheard her coworkers politely ask for someone to take her lane quickly . The same rude woman in the window said “learn how how to do your job” that is such a disgusting attitude that I likely will not return for a while . Maybe consider hiring workers who aren’t rude

I frequently get sandwiches from this location, typically a ham & cheddar. An unacceptable amount of times I get the sandwich home and start eating it, I am rewarded the truly unpleasant surprise of biting into bone shards, and/or very hard pieces of grizzle that hurt the teeth. It doesn't happen super frequently, but often enough for me to be truly irritated enough to post a review this time.There should not be bones in a ham sandwich on several occasions. Not just like one fragment either, it's through the entire sandwich. I have to pop out these pieces of bones that are roughly the size of a small tooth each. (Picture Attached, some are fragmented due to being bit into) These are not all the pieces, either.

You guys are morons. I sat in the right drive through lane for 5 min when you only helped people on the left side, then when I finally got my food my bagel was burnt with barely any cream cheese. I don’t know how you guys cant even do your job to the minimum

Went through drive thru for breakfast around 7:15 am. Several vehicles in line but everything moved super fast. We didn't have to wait for our order, and the order was both correct and satisfactory. The lady at the window was not friendly and it wouldn't take any extra time to say good morning or thank you or have a great day. Room for improvement on that issue. Otherwise great

Terrible customer service. They got my order wrong and I received attitude when I tried to return it. I watched him make my sandwich and cut it in half with a knife thick with dried on cream cheese. When I mentioned it he said to me ... "It's only cream cheese".. I left without my order and will never be back to another Tim Hortons, ever.

Worst location in the city, by far.More often than not, the order is incorrect. Latte machine has now been broken for weeks and weeks which means the management is either incompetent, or the owners refuse to put money back into the business.Be sure to call this location prior to driving there to ensure you can actually order the menu item you'd like.Edit in response to owners reply:No thank you. It seems there is a long list of the same type of reviews dating months back, so it seems nothing ever gets rectified. I'll just be driving past this location from now on.

The food was cold and rock solid- felt like it was sitting out on the counter for an hour. The farmer wraps were missing the hash browns and sauce. The employees were abrupt and gave us attitude when we missed saying “bacon” for our farmer wraps, responding with “you have to be more specific”.

For last few months I have been going to Tim Hortons for cappuccino but every time their machine is broken….this could happen of course but it is bit suspicious cause it is always broken late evening….test it and start going to get cappuccino after 7 pm and it is always broken.Now I am pretty sure that it’s not what it is, think the reason for not getting cappuccino is machine being cleaned earlier and they do not want to serve it.Terrible experience and not going to Tim Hortons no more.Starbucks always serve coffee specialties no matter what time you get there .

The food is good. Nothing wrong with atmosphere whatsoever other than a less than pleasant restroom. The staff are very unwelcoming, refuse orders more than McDonald’s will refuse ice cream, and I believe have been scamming with a suspiciously aftermarket, thick, dense, and plastic covered card reader. Haven’t noticed anything yet on that scale but after going there three times out of necessity, it’s safe to say I won’t be going there again and would gladly prefer their close by neighbouring competitor about 15 meters away for any food or coffee needs. Do not ask for ‘big’ orders or be ready to expect a gruely arguement for your whole order after a hefty fifteen minute wait and with only your word and reciept on your side. Trust me, the stubbornness and deliberatly poor quality therein as a result of hating any larger than usual request (more than two coffees and some timbits from what I’ve experienced) will not be worth it.

Got to be the worst Tim hortons in red deer , service is terrible and most of the staff minus one or two are ignorant/very unfriendly from complete Attitude of shoving your items in your face or throwing your change at you!! having multiple people in line go ahead of you because they can’t seem to get the order of there drive thru right . Lately going there and I’m an every customer the Spanish worker has been nothing but completely unprofessional with an attitude from hell. Not good for being in a customer service environment a smile and have a good day wouldn’t hurt do betterParking: Sucks
