I regularly visit the Tim Hortons restaurant in the Parkland Mall at 4747-67 St, Red Deer. There, I often encounter an employer named Maureen there. Her customer service is the best. And she makes the best coffee ever. She already knows my preference. And as soon as I arrive at the store, she prepares my style of coffee, unbidden, And I like it. Additionally, her customer skills are the best. Her service is the best, and provides my the most cogent reason to visit the store

Very rude customer service and my food was made very poorly by the staff and the staff couldn’t wait for someone to move so I could grab my stuff I wasn’t going to push an elderly lady out of my way to grab my food I’d rather wait and then grab what’s mine

The guy work regularly works the till at this location is beyond miserable. We get it, you work at parkland. It sucks, but a simple greeting or "have a nice day" can go a long way. The coffee nor the food is good enough to be served by someone who is extremely rude.

I came through 2 times. Once through drive thru and then once inside to dine. Both experiences were both refreshing and wonderful. The young woman was extremely kind and was doing a lot at once yet she was positive, professional and accurate
The gentleman was helpful also. The cook on my breakfast was perfect. I wanted to exchange the bread for a hashbrown and understood . Good job

I ordered the wrap and The old lady working there did not wear gloves while making that.
When i asked her to wear she yelled at me and said that her hands were clean enough.
She asked me to go to some other place next time.
I work in the mall and it is really disgusting to face it.

Not much to choose from. When finally got a chance to see the display, realized nothing I wanted. I said sorry we aren't ordering. Older woman at counter barked out WHY? I said cause you have nothing I want. Rude to other customers as well

Absolutely disgusting service. I asked for carmalized onion and she gives me the Swiss and I ask her for caramelized onion. She shouts at me saying I can’t read the sign. This old lady has mistreated me multiple times and I have not said anything. But this is out of hand. She is very disrespectful and rude.
