Management needs to focus by training their employees to be hospitable on your customers. It’s always the woman in the drive thru shouting and rushing the customers to pay.

October 8 at around 12:35 p.m., I ordered through the drive-thru, and the order taker was very rude and disrespectful. She was also at the payment window but didn’t greet me, make eye contact, or say thank you. This was my worst experience so far. The crew member was a Filipino, it’s disappointing and embarrassing to see someone from the same country act that way toward a customer.
