Uncle Al's Pizza and Pasta

The most flavorless pizza I have ever had....Very skimpy on toppings...asked for extra sauce couldnt taste any sauce They use the cheapest plastic mozzarella that money can buy. 50 bucks for an extra large...even charged 2 bucks extra for extra sauce...most places dont even charge. But didnt even get extra sauce. Couldnt tell if there was ham or beef even on the pizza. Medicine Hat location. Total rip off

Customer service was awful. We ordered a double pepperoni pizza, the sent us a pizza with bacon and mushroom. I’m unable to eat mushrooms. When we phoned back to let them know they wanted us to call back in 30 minutes because they were too busy. We said no we should be a priority since they are the ones that messed up. We did eventually get the correct pizza but the way we were treated I’ll never go back.

Just tried Uncle Al's for the first time. My son said their beef donair is now his "#1 fast food meal in Pincher!" We also ordered a pizza - half butter chicken, half donair. Good crust and the flavours but would have loved more-concentrated flavour in the sauce, or more sauce. We'll definitely go again. And friendly service!

Their butter chicken pizza and the chicken wings were the best. Their staff were so friendly, served us the best food!
