I was so, so sad to see the owners have changed. This place used to have great lunch specials and an awesome selection of products to buy. It's all gone now, and food quality has declined. Service was friendly, but she seemed very young and a bit untrained.

I enjoyed the food and experience i got great consumer service from our server Hailey she was kind and talked us through the menu made us our subs exactly how we asked and was patient and family friendly. 10/10 experience

This used to be one of my favourite places to stop for lunch in Red Deer. It seems like new ownership/management has taken over. Now all the prices are higher, quality and selection is much lower and the friendly service is gone.
I doubt I would come back. Really hope the former staff members are doing well.

So saddened to see the quality of this place go down under new owners. No more grocery, no foreign treats, Limited lunch variety, the veggies were frozen from a store, meatloaf was dry and old. Overall very disappointing to see a traditional Ukrainian eatery go so down hill.

Appears to be under New management. Its not the same since the loss of the deli, butcher meats ,and Ukrainian products. They still serve food but I didn't try it because it looked burnt and overcooked.
Edit: I'm also missing the nice ladies that used to work there. I'd follow them for their friendliness and service anywhere.

Food is excellent and the staff are friendly and kind, would fully recommend to everybody, only problem is the new manager here, super cheap and if the new manager pushes the staff away I'll never come back
I love this place. Best subs in town for a fraction of the cost you would spend at a subway. Fresh ingredients with great service. Family run business with a large selection of in house made cured meats as well as perogy's meat balls, cabbage rolls and more. They also have special grocery items from the Ukraine
