We ordered takeout from the Red Deer location and while what we order seemed freshly made and decent quality, we were missing items and things were not prepared to our instructions (which were clearly printed on the receipt taped to the bag).
I then tried to call their location to discuss this with them and an automated message said the number was no longer in service.
So we paid $60 for two adult meals and a kids combo and only one adult combo was edible. Very disappointing....read full review
I had a gluten free bun toasted to perfection (build your own mushroom bacon cheeseburger with chipotle mayo) and the fattest, tastiest onion rings, with the yummiest homemade cookies and cream milkshake. The service was great too! Definitely a 9/10!
I decided to try a burger here instead of A&W thinking I would get more bang for my buck
Hate to say it, but they under cooked the hamburger
I mean if I want to go way back to caveman days, where they used to eat raw meat, maybe that’s what they mean by way back
Maybe if you put lots of sauce on it and toppings and eat it really quick you won’t taste the undercooked meat like I did
Just hope I don’t get sick, I guess time will tell
