After a long day at work I decided I'd treat myself to some fast food after work. I arrived at around 11pm and placed my order, they said the chicken burger might take a minute as they needed to cook a fresh one. Okay, no worries! I'm actually happy I'm getting a fresh patty for this, say less.
The food comes out and they said after my burger was built, they noticed the fries were a little old and made fresh of them too, and gave me a small chocolate frosty to thank me for my patience with them!
Honestly, this was amazing service from somewhere you might not expect it! I'll always come to this location from now on, you won a customer for life!

Im giving this location a low score due to the fact they have repeatedly gotten my orders wrong through the drive thru over multiple visits. I have repeated myself several times and still not received my order properly, today's order charged me for an item I never recieved. My only suggestion is to order in the building, check your order is correct and possibly just try a different location. Worst place to stop for a lunch on the go when working

The finest establishment in the land. I went to this one wendys and was so satisfied with my visit I decided to give it a review. I love it! The food was good, it looked like the pictures that they have in ads and on the boards. We did use some coups and it knocked down the price but 4 bucks each. I went with my buddy and he got it to so we save 8 bucks! Which is good cause we're broke. We could buy another meal with those savings! Frosties are also way too good with fries, is a classic. Especially after a long hard day of work. Actually uplifted from my experience at it today! Thank you wendys!

dine in mobile order, Sunday family lunch, was pretty quick service, food were hot fresh, very crispy fries in my chilli fries. Place was clean, washroom was also clean. friendly staff, great quick stop for a quick meal in Red Deer

Drive thru.....drink and a frosty. No straw given, frosty more like a milkshake, very runny. GROSS.
We ordered through the drive through and experienced the worst customer service. The girl working added an item to our order that we didn’t even ask for and we only realized it after we paid. She said there was nothing she could do and was extremely rude when it was her mistake (was not offered a refund). So I paid for an item I had to throw out. It’s not the error that makes me upset (because perhaps she misheard me) but it was her complete lack of customer service to resolve the issue that has me shocked. Will not return to this location because of that poor experience.

Went to 2 other restaurants in the neighborhood and they were closed. Wendy's wasn't. 9:15 pm on a Sunday!! They cooked up some food right snappy, hot 🔥 mmmm Made me happy 😊 😃 😀
