Pitstopped here on our way to Banff from Edmonton. Can't complain about the food. My wife had the taco salad, and I had the spicy chicken sandwich. We usually stop by A&W or McDonalds and decided to try something different.

I use the drive thru roughly once a week at this location and the service they provide is horrendous. They interrupt you all the time instead of just taking your order. 7 out of 10 times they get the order wrong because they just don’t listen to what you’re asking for. This location needs to do better before they start losing their customers.

My family and I stopped over here
We ordered a 6 piece nuggets 1 spicy chicken combo with cheese
Another spicy with cheese bacon and onion
A spicy burger with pickles onion
And the one with only cheese added there was no cheese the manager was so rude when took the burger back he gave the cheese on a separate tray not only did he throw that lottle tray at us but he also gave attitude
When I asked him for his name he started yelling he also argued witn us saying there is cheese on 1 burgers but it was only on one
So overall horrible experience

Just went there was charged $35 for 2 je bacon cheese a nuggets and two large chili’s but missing half my order and basically shooed off by the window person who also told me they couldn’t take a $50? So justified they don’t give me half my order cause they didn’t want to accept the only payment I had awesome thanks
Went thru the drive thru and it is absolutely ridiculous. Did not have everything in the bags and when we say that they make us hand the bags back like they think we are lying. They then realize we aren’t but when asked about sauce they say oh yea that’s enough which it was not enough so here I go back in to get the rest. I know this sounds like small problems. But when it happens EVERY time it gets old fast. People complain about what they make in this job industry and honest to god why would people think they should deserve more when they can’t even do there jobs properly. I get the speakers at drive thrus don’t work great but if ya had someone on it that could speak English it may also help.
Hopefully one day this can get better at all restaurants

The girl at front counter could not speak English finally a manager came and helped but my husband and I could not understand her and she could not understand us, all I wanted was a vanilla frosty and an ice coffee husband wanted a bacon burger meal. Food good but we won’t go back

At one time I considered the baconator as best in class of the chain burgers.
Don't know what happened, but the baconator has changed, not for the better.

We visited this Wendy's in gas alley on our way to Calgary. The tables were all dirty so we asked for someone to clean one for us. One of the girls said she would come clean it but never did. I ended up using the napkins they had put in the bag to clean it. I asked for more napkins because I had just used the ones we had, and the girl who had just placed our order looked at me like I was bothering her. I went to get some Ketchup from the pump and guess what..it was EMPTY. I notified them that it was empty and they provided 3 packets for five people...smh. I asked for a few more, and if looks could kill, I would be dead. No one refilled the ketchup the whole time we were there. Poor first impression, next time, I'll go to Burger King.
