I went through the Wendy’s drive-thru recently and was helped by Khushi. She was so polite, cheerful, and professional. Even though it was busy, she greeted me with a smile in her voice, took my order patiently, and made sure everything was correct.

Burger was super greasy but fries were good. Cleanliness of this location is disgusting. No effort to keep the tables clean, garbage everywhere . The bathroom is an even worse story, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for days.

Stopped at this wendy’s on our way back. The most disgusting place. Floors, tables, washrooms the worst we have ever seen. Food quality was really bad. No one knew what they were doing. Even the manager seemed confused. Would not recommend stopping here. It’s not worth your money or time.

Pitstopped here on our way to Banff from Edmonton. Can't complain about the food. My wife had the taco salad, and I had the spicy chicken sandwich. We usually stop by A&W or McDonalds and decided to try something different.

I use the drive thru roughly once a week at this location and the service they provide is horrendous. They interrupt you all the time instead of just taking your order. 7 out of 10 times they get the order wrong because they just don’t listen to what you’re asking for. This location needs to do better before they start losing their customers.
