It's definitely worth going if you've never been.

Over 45 minutes, no service. We left.
Went there tonight for my wife’s birthday. I made a reservation online, and they had it when we got there. We arrived on time and were escorted to a table within a couple minutes. Unfortunately, that was our last interaction with staff. After 45 minutes we left without so much as being offered water. We were upstairs at a table for 2 and there were only 2 other tables seated.
