I pre-ordered a whole strawberry cake for my daughter's first birthday and provided all the necessary details.. my name, phone number, and the pickup date and time. When I arrived to pick it up, I was shocked to be told that the cake hadn’t been made because they couldn’t find "good" strawberries at Costco. They asked if I could come back in 4–5 hours while they searched for better strawberries to make the cake. Absolutely ridiculous!! especially since our party was starting in just two hours!
I asked why no one had contacted me earlier, considering they had my phone number. There was no explanation.. just an insincere apology. They offered me a refund or let me choose from whatever cakes they had available. With no time to spare, I reluctantly picked a different cake, which left my family disappointed.
I also asked if the replacement cake was the same price as the one I originally ordered (even though I knew it was cheaper). The staff confidently said yes, even though it was actually about $3 less. It’s not about the money. it’s about knowing your products and honoring your commitments. Most importantly, if you can’t fulfill an order, at least have the decency to notify your customer ahead of time.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience with very poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.

The food was AMAZING, and the server was so sweet. My food ended up taking a little longer than expected, which was OK with me as my friend and I were content visiting, but she came over with a free piece of cake in apology. It was so unexpected and sweet. Then, when we left, we bought some pastries to go, and she gave us each a macaron. Our whole lunch was so incredible, and I so appreciated the wonderful service! I will 100% be back. The atmosphere is also very nice, relaxing and a nice view of the trees outside. Thank you for making our lunch unforgettable.

Randomly stopped by this restaurant and was greatly rewarded. Ordered the bulgogi eggs benedict, fried chicken poutine with 2 poached eggs, tiramisu, and a piece of cheese cake. All were really good! I definitely will be stopping by the next time I am in Cochrane. Thank you for your great servers and manager's help.

me and my husband plan to come here today. 9pm. to celebrate our anniversary, and told us that almost all in the menu items are not available anymore at all as it was been busy the whole day. itried to consider the limited options available but since everyone is cleaning and seems getting ready for closing, its uncomfortable to stay. you shouldve have closed by 9pm instead of 10. such a big disappoinment and definitelt a WOW experience.

I've been to WOW about 7 times and it's always amazing! Tonight I brought my son with me, who is a very picky eater and he absolutely loved the Bulgogi bowl. The meal was great as always, the service is super friendly, and the deserts are great. I'll be back again soon!!
Absolutely love this cosy place. We try to stop in every time we are in red deer for a tournament, usually for bakery items but this time had time for a lunch.
Latte coffee was really good; any croissants(we had matcha) are just so fluffy and delicious; the kid enjoyed salted caramel donuts.
The lunch item - shrimp with multiple fixings was great to share.
Atmosphere and the nature views out of the windows make this place so welcoming.

“I blinked and the food came out” was our genuine reaction. I think this was some of the fastest but still fresh service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. The katsu curry and beef rice bowl were both really flavourful and well done. Portions were quite big so we actually didn’t even get to finish the chicken. The restaurant and view are modern and beautiful, and the staff are sweet. Highly recommend if you’re ever in Red Deer
