First time at āWow Storeā and it was WOW experience! Itās a hidden gem for red deer foodies! Service was so welcoming and friendly! I mentioned to the waitress that it was my first time here, and lady recommended me some perfect meals to match my preference! Even when she brought my meal, she gave me instructions how to have it. Iām impressed by friendly service and such a knowledgeable staff who love their job!
Glass jug of water with no ice - my heart was taken straight away because I hate ice in water and sometimes it takes forever to refill water. Here you can refill anytime by yourself, with no struggle when ice will melt.
Beautiful sittings! Gorgeous panoramic windows and cool wooden style decor, very stylish, modern and simple. They had 14 tables +- and it was not crowded or overwhelming.. it was just perfect.
Food. I canāt get over it.. it was the best Korean meal I ever tried.. I got Cheese Katsu, and it was so good! (itās not vegetarian, it comes with pork, note for vegetarians). My friend got Assorted Katsu and there was 2shrimps, cheese Katsu and pork, and all of those things were so good! Definitely itās a place where you should try pork, itās just magnificent how they cook it. I never was a fan, but after this cheese Katsu, Iām changing my opinion! As well they have chicken Katsu, we didnāt try it, but next time Iām so excited to have it! Big portion with lots of add on and rice. Miso soup as well. I truly impressed by the good quality of food and amazing taste! And Iām quite picky..
As well, they have lots of desserts and Iām used to buy cakes from them all the time, they have beautiful presentation (cool looking white paper boxes so itās easy to transport). Prices are worth it. Cheesecake and tiramisu were very good and in my top-2 of all those cakes they have!
I surprised itās not busy for Sunday brunch, and Iām very impressed by great service and amazing tasting food. I will recommend this place everyone! Thank you so much for such a great service and unforgettable experience! Definitely we will be back!

I pre-ordered a whole strawberry cake for my daughter's first birthday and provided all the necessary details.. my name, phone number, and the pickup date and time. When I arrived to pick it up, I was shocked to be told that the cake hadnāt been made because they couldnāt find "good" strawberries at Costco. They asked if I could come back in 4ā5 hours while they searched for better strawberries to make the cake. Absolutely ridiculous!! especially since our party was starting in just two hours!
I asked why no one had contacted me earlier, considering they had my phone number. There was no explanation.. just an insincere apology. They offered me a refund or let me choose from whatever cakes they had available. With no time to spare, I reluctantly picked a different cake, which left my family disappointed.
I also asked if the replacement cake was the same price as the one I originally ordered (even though I knew it was cheaper). The staff confidently said yes, even though it was actually about $3 less. Itās not about the money. itās about knowing your products and honoring your commitments. Most importantly, if you canāt fulfill an order, at least have the decency to notify your customer ahead of time.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience with very poor customer service. I wonāt be ordering from them again.

The food was AMAZING, and the server was so sweet. My food ended up taking a little longer than expected, which was OK with me as my friend and I were content visiting, but she came over with a free piece of cake in apology. It was so unexpected and sweet. Then, when we left, we bought some pastries to go, and she gave us each a macaron. Our whole lunch was so incredible, and I so appreciated the wonderful service! I will 100% be back. The atmosphere is also very nice, relaxing and a nice view of the trees outside. Thank you for making our lunch unforgettable.

Randomly stopped by this restaurant and was greatly rewarded. Ordered the bulgogi eggs benedict, fried chicken poutine with 2 poached eggs, tiramisu, and a piece of cheese cake. All were really good! I definitely will be stopping by the next time I am in Cochrane. Thank you for your great servers and manager's help.
