This is my family’s favourite subway location. It’s always clean, the staff members are always in good moods ready to serve you. Always have a positive experience here. Love having this in our little town.

I heard that the staff don’t get paid after the store is closed, one guy told me that even if he is there an hour after the restaurant closes, that they don’t get any pay for that. I mean what kind of place does that. On top of that the manager rupak seams like a snobbish ahole, and apparently the lady that works there is his wife.

They have never been able to make a sandwich correctly. In ten years. I come every 6 months or so looking for punishment and they consistently make the sandwich wrong and can't follow the most basic instructions (please put on sauce bf anything else). I give up. I will never come here again 😂

So I was at Subway in redwater the other day and I'm standing at the counter and my husband's talking about some of the stuff that he wants and I'm trying to talk to him. The lady behind the counter is very rudely snapping at me saying I can hear what he is saying I'm doing what he's wants, and I'm thinking I'm not even talking to you. I'm talking to my husband so I didn't say anything trying to be polite. Kind civil and not only does she completely snap at me and be as rude as possible to me when we get up to the counter, she doesn't give me the option of giving her tip. She forces a tip through so my bill went from $50 to $60. because she forced a $10 tip through without even talking to me. I thought to myself. Wow that's beyond rude so I didn't go back into the store. I was going to and I was gonna blow up, but my husband decided that we should just head home and that I should come on here and put a review because I thought that to myself you know what I've been to that Subway before and usually the customer service. There is really good but the lady that Was there yesterday was beyond rude? So it was Saturday, September 28th that we were in at around. 4 o'clock and she was beyond rude.I will not be returning to that subway. I'm just a heads up if she's there.Or she will force you to tap.She won't give you the options.So watch carefully when she goes to put in how much you owe.

Staff are always friendly and treat you with respect, specifically, Sunil was wonderful and very helpful. Clean place and gets food to you on time.

A Weening

Nice and clean restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the tables have outlets and USB ports. Bread was fresh and toppings were fresh. Limited sandwich topping options available.

Parking: Over twenty spots available in front of the store.

I have been here plenty of times hoping maybe I just had an off experience and was willing to give it another try, however I will no longer be coming here and I don’t recommend this place to anyone even Traveling through. The staff are very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I have had issues with them every single time I have gone except once with a nice older lady. They don’t layer the sandwiches good, they use VERY old bread sometimes so it’s 50/50 whether or not your bread will be as hard as drywall. The produce is aged and squishy more times than not. I don’t eat in store because of the staff, they feel very judgmental of what you order. Honestly have never experienced this at any other subway so I thought I was the problem until it kept happening to me and whoever I brought with. They need mostly new staff and to make sure the bread/ingredients are more fresh. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered a egg and bacon on Flatbread, as the server was cutting it in half he dropped part of the egg into the hole that the scraps/waste goes into. He then proceeded to reach in and pull the egg out to put back on the sub, at which time I asked him what he was doing. He said that the container is clean so no worries, then told me it is company policy to reuse the waste scraps.

I got a wrong order with several hairs in it. It’s disgusting. I tried to get a manager to call me and they said it didn’t happen here. Well yes it did. I have the receipt. I’m not just talking one hair I pulled three out of my mouth in one bite. I puked. The manager keeps ignoring me and the other worker I spoke with said it happens. That’s all they said. Now they refuse to talk about it.
