today, i had ordered three cilantro lime chicken wraps. all three were supposed to be grilled. in my wrap, there was no rice, soggy shredded chicken, minimal lettece, no tomato, and a broken wrap. all three of them were like this. usually, the tim hortons is okay here. however, quality has been rapidly declining. i am not satisfied.

I wanted to get a chai tea latte with oat milk and the first one was made with regular milk. I asked for a new one because I wanted oat milk, so the second one I got was a coffee latte with a chai tea bag. Not at all what I asked for, very disappointed, as this is not a complex drink.
