We ordered two large chili's with extra buns. No butter or crackera, was given the wrong size ice cap was given. Horrible customer service. No extra bun. Had to go back and ask for it.

Always fast service except in the busy times but those times are busy for a reason so what do you expect? If orders are ever wrong they are quick to acknowledge and fix. Great option to have in Redwater as we don't have a lot of options when it comes to drive-thru, I always recommend to anyone stopping through.

The staff is very friendly! They make things likety-split, even at busy times. Occasionally, they may get an order wrong, but they are always willing to fix the problem. Glad to have a well-run Timmies in our small town.

Burma Kaplan Media

This location is known for charging you for your order and withhold key items on the order for upsell such as ‘sausage’ with bacon BELT, or dip with potato wedges. You get charged for it in driver thru, but they are withheld. It’s been a problem since they e opened. On top of that, they charge more than any other location. How does that work??

I’ve spoken to staff regarding this issue and it’s not corrected since it opened, and if people have to get out of their vehicles in order to have their food corrected, it utterly defeats the purpose of a drive thru. What’s the point?

People are getting robbed. This is very bad for the brand and an internal investigation needs to be conducted to clean house.
