I’ve been avoiding A&W because too often the food is cold and the staff act like you’re more of an inconvenience than a customer. But this location completely changed my mind. If all A&W were run this way, it would be amazing! The staff here are positive and genuinely friendly, the food was hot and fantastic, and the service was fast. Highly recommend this spot!

Working here or even simply enjoying as a customer has always been the best experience. The staff working there are super friendly and caring, so don’t be shy if you have any questions or concerns! Had the food a couple of times as well and it just blows me away every time. This location knows how to do an outstanding job every time!

We appreciated the fast, friendly service and cleanliness. As far as fast food restaurants go, this was good food. The atmosphere was relaxed and it was nice to see the local coffee klatch at tables. The bathrooms are small (single-user men’s room, 2-stall women’s room) but very clean and well-stocked. The menu is smaller than newer A&W restaurants but it had all the basics. We’ll definitely stop here again.

A&W fries a terrible but when fresh are edible. So I asked for fresh fries. Old fries dunked back in the oil for a few seconds are not fresh fries. Thanks away. I'll stop at DQ next time.

To many changes. Prices have gone way up. A&W was a true canadian staple! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!
I had a fantastic experience at this A&W. I was on a long drive and desperately needed a coffee, but I pulled up just after 10 without knowing they were closed. The doors were still unlocked, Bralyn and Loren greeted me with a huge smile. They not only took my order but also made me a fresh coffee. It's truly incredible to see that level of customer service. A big thank you for being so kind and helpful when they could have easily turned me away.

The Rimbey location is one of The Best A&W’s I had the pleasure to eat at. Food and service and cleanliness are top shelf. I always hit an A&W when I travel and I’ve been to some bad ones. But this location in Rimbey, Alberta stands out as one of the best.

I ordered a habanero chicken burger with onion rings. The burger was okay and I usually love their onion rings but these ones today were inedible! All hard and gross, tastes like it was sitting under the heat lamp for days yuck!
