Stopped for supper and the young staff were exceptional! Very friendly and efficient! The burgers were put together so well (neat snd tidy) and tasted great!! Thank you for a great experience where service and quality are above and beyond!
I had a fantastic experience at this A&W. I was on a long drive and desperately needed a coffee, but I pulled up just after 10 without knowing they were closed. The doors were still unlocked, Bralyn and Loren greeted me with a huge smile. They not only took my order but also made me a fresh coffee. It's truly incredible to see that level of customer service. A big thank you for being so kind and helpful when they could have easily turned me away.
The Rimbey location is one of The Best A&W’s I had the pleasure to eat at. Food and service and cleanliness are top shelf. I always hit an A&W when I travel and I’ve been to some bad ones. But this location in Rimbey, Alberta stands out as one of the best.
