I went drive-thru and was asked to park since my food was taking longer which was fine but as my food came they made a mistake with the food and asked if it's ok if I take the food as they I was a little displeased but wasn't the end of the world but then they messed up my drink twice, since first off I ordered a rootbeer with no ice they gave me a Pepsi with ice and I despise pepsi

Please educate your staff that when there is a price on a product, that price is to be honoured. When my husband went to purchase an ice cream cake for our daughters birthday, the price on the cake read 33.99 but when he went to the counter she said no that it should be more due to the "icing" on it. She continued to fight with him saying that she should be charging more, however my husband would not back down. When a price tag is lower than the till price, the lower price is to be honoured.

Worst Tim Hortons I have been to. The service is horrible they are all about rushing the order to get out to you so fast that they do not listen to what you want. I don't know if they get a bonus based on how fast they do the order. My orders are always wrong, and the people are too rushed. They have spilled and dropped food, rushing it out the window. I will never go to this location again and may stop going to Tim's all together.

One of the slowest fast food restaurants I’ve been too if not the slowest. Should be called slow food rather than fast food. Simple orders take forever to be done. The drive thru is slower than a turtle. 20+ minutes for 3 cars in the drive thru is crazy.
Update: gave this restaurant another chance and is definitely the slowest restaurant I’ve been too in my life. . 20+ minutes for just ONE (yes really just one) car ahead of me. I definitely will never be back to this location ever. And will recommend no one goes to this one.

This dq is hands down the worst location I have ever been too they are painfully slow and miss stuff today my flamethrower did not have a drop of sauce on it kinda defeats the point 10/10 would not recommend to a friend

Typical poo poo service from our new Canadians that seem to own every fast food restaurant now days. I just ordered for the 3rd time to see if they would get the order right and........nope, strike your out! Today was my last visit to dq rimbey. I'm almost positive these people screw up orders on purpose, actually scratch that I know they do because I watched a video of an e Indian guy bragging about screwing up "white people's" orders. Not sure why after seeing this that I continued to give them my business. I've officially learned my lesson
Can't speak or understand well enough to take my order correctly. Ordered a moolatte got a Pepsi. Slow! Like 15 min to get strips and fries.

I waited 10 minutes in drive thru and a young lady met me with a scowl on her face. When she handed me my food I asked "did you remember the onion rings?" She replied cranky with a "yes" I told her to "at least smile like you like your job" because her face was so miserable, I drive away opened the order to check and surprise there were no onion rings so I went back thru waitied 15 minutes and another cashier handed me my order telling me "sometimes people dont smile because they're going through things". Worst service ever!!!!!

This review is directed to the owner of this Dairy Queen in Rimbey. I came in with my husband for a take out. I ordered two four piece chicken baskets and was told I had to pay extra because I wanted gravy as the dipping sauce!! To the owner who made “this rule”, you are a cheapskate! I have never had this problem at any other Dairy Queen! It is right there on your menu board as one of the dipping sauces! Also, I am posting this review at a much later date because the young lady that helped me was worried she would get in trouble! So to you, the owner, you have lost my business and I hope the Franchise reaches out to you. ***This part is an update: I tried reaching out to the address given. It was a generic site that wants you to fill out ALL your information not address my concerns! It is Aug. 16 and we have passed through Rimbey. I thought, why not get our favourite, a large chocolate dipped cone!??♀️ The lady at the window said the cone is smaller because the ice cream gets pushed down into the cone!??♀️ Very, very disappointed in this DQ!
