The Case of the Missing Ketchup and the Mystical Watered-Down Pop
So, picture this: I roll up to the Dairy Queen in Rimbey, Alberta, craving a simple burger, fries, and a drink. It’s not rocket science, right? Well, after a slightly longer wait than expected (no biggie, maybe they were crafting my meal with extra love), I get to the window. I ask the lady, “Hey, is there ketchup in the bag?” She looks me dead in the eyes, like she’s swearing an oath, and says, “Yes, there is.” I trusted her. I believed in the ketchup promise.
Spoiler alert: There was no ketchup. None. Nada. I had to do the walk of condiment shame into the restaurant to retrieve the sacred tomato sauce myself. Meanwhile, the drink tasted like it had been through a water balloon fight and lost. It was like someone took pop and said, “Let’s see how much water we can add before this tastes like a childhood prank.”
And the real kicker? By the time I finally got the ketchup, I was so annoyed I didn’t even use it. The ketchup survived. My trust did not.
So here’s the deal: Dear Dairy Queen, please equip your staff with ketchup-detecting goggles or just double-check the bag. And maybe taste the pop before serving it so it doesn’t taste like a prank in a cup. Thanks for coming to my ketchup-less TED Talk.

By far the worst dq I've ever been to. The 2 brown girls working are rude. They blame you for them making things wrong. Waited 19 minutes for 1 cheeseburger that was ice cold. Then my ice cream was pure liquid. Wouldn't refund me without me making a scene. I recommend u go elsewhere

Not even busy and service is slow as ever.
Thought maybe drive thru would be faster then waiting and ordering inside like last time. No matter if not busy and only one there. It takes forever to get anything. Never again 15-20 min waiting both times is absolutely unacceptable. Only DQ that we have everything gon to that actually takes forever. brutal.
And even after the wait for my so-called fresh order, my fries are cold.
