It was a fantastic experience, visiting Hawk Tail Brewery! The Owner - BrewMaster Randal, took around his Brew facility and showed how quality conscious they were, when producing their beers! Indeed, the beers were of great quality and taste, and would love to go back there again!

Such a gem hidden in the heart of farm country! Fabulous food, great cocktails (the white sangria is stupendous), and beer, and our server, Lena, was absolutely amazing! We will be back for sure!

Hawk Tail Brewery in Rimbey, AB, is a true ale lover's paradise! The quality of their ales is simply outstanding. The flavors are rich and distinct, making each sip a delight. If you're a fan of craft beer, this place is a must-visit. I can't recommend it enough – a solid five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Waitress was MIA, never asked how things were or if we needed something. Had to repeat order several times. had to ask for napkins. For 19$ you get a pulled pork slider wth 1/2 a bag of potato chips. beer is meh so so. unfortunately this is a one and done for us. work too hard for our money for soso

Stopped in for lunch this past Saturday. We chose to eat inside as a bit cool and windy. Looks like a very nice patio for a warmer day but some were braver than us. Looks like a “Special” each day, Very small menu for food but we made it work. Nice beer and many other cocktails too!

Big thank you to Hawk Tail for hosting the rehearsal dinner for our wedding! The communication from the staff was enough to keep us confident without being overwhelming amongst the other wedding planning.The food was unreal and it was clear that the staff and manager had ran events in the past. If you’re having a wedding in the Rimbey / Ponoka area, I’d highly recommend having your rehearsal here!!! 10/10
