Easily the WORST Tim Hortons I have seen, and that says something. A herd of turtles move faster than these people. Waited 9 and a half minutes just for them to acknowledge me and take my order. Absolutely ridiculous. Take my advice, head down the Steelers to the A and W, you will have your order eaten and be halfway to red deer before the time staff even know your standing there waiting

Stood at the front counter while all the workers were in the back laughing and having a good time. When one of the workers finally came to the front it was to help a drive through order. I left with nothing. Poor poor service here
