Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to ! Slow as all hell ALWAYS ! They can’t hear you on the microphone add a language barrier in some cases and rude rude management ! Could not resolve even a simple issue ! But I tell ya then next time I get Attitude for placing an order I am going to come un glued ! Do better Tim Hortons Rimbey ! UNACCEPTABLE!

Food most time goodI hate having to wait every time I order through the Drive through. Tell you park in the front where there’s no parking because place full parking. Shouldn’t have to wait in the parking lot or should say in lane way for wraps or bagel. Sometimes your waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Most the workers can’t speak English so order wrong. This is small town no reason for to have to wait. Needs better management in the afternoon and evenings.Parking: Not a lot parking there are many other Businesses in same parking lot and they are very busy business.So going through the drive through and having fined place park very Neil so most time your parked where people are driving not good and dangerous. And said there be no one behind you in the drive through but they make you park in the busy streets.

What happened to the farmers wrap it used to be twice the size It’s so small now . $5 for a wrap not even the size of my hand not worth it .

Terrible service! Workers don't greet you. Just stand there looking at you not wanting to do any work. Ended up leaving empty handed. Lost out on alot of money from our work crew while we were there.

Never even got served. I waited for 5mins for a cashier and both employees working just looked at me and turned around and walked away. So I will never be back to this Tim Hortons. Rimbey has the worst one I have ever been to so far.

Was waiting here for a friend to pick me up after a trip to the mountains. By far the fanciest Tim Horton's I've been to aesthetic wise. The service was alright. They were quick but something was down so I was only able to order something where the protein was cooked in the slow cooker.

Placed a mobile order ten minutes ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait in lines but ended up being late to my final destination anyways cause I had to wait longer than people who came in after me for mediocre food
