An extremely long wait! We waited 15 minutes in line after ordering only to be told to pull ahead to wait so that the orders behind me could be completed. Not one, but two, but three, but four orders gone through the drive thru behind me before I received my order.

Went in a couple of days ago. The lady working the front made sure that the fries were fresh for me

Most A&W's are a typical fast food outlet with low quality expectations, but this one (Rocky Mountain House) was simply gobsmacking. We had their breakfast and wow!!! 2 thumbs way up in taste, and general quality. Served on proper plates and steel forks.

Less than one pc of bacon on a 14 buck double teen…… was told that’s alll they are allowed. A and w is done for my family 125 bucks later over priced and next to zero customer service.

I stopped in for some food and the older lady in the drive through was very rude. I paid for my food and after she handed me my food I said thank you very much and she glared at me and ignored me.

The group of us was in tonight July 22. The supervisor was very nasty towards an employee and that employee was doing am amazing job. The supervisor was treating her worse then anything I have seen. Then the supervisor forgot to pack food told the girl to double check the boxes and then told her to get the group to double check. If I remember correctly that employees name is Jenn. Hats off to her and our heart goes to her for the way she was treated. If this supervisor continues to work there we will diffently not be supporting there ever again. We have multiple group and they will loss 40+ people and we will spread the word to our partner agencies.

I stopped by A&W this morning to grab a quick breakfast while in a rush, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Adrian at the counter. Despite my confusion while placing the order, he stayed calm, patient, and all smiles the entire time. His attitude was exactly what I needed to start my morning right.

The service was fast, and the breakfast sandwiches were fresh and made with care. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and kind during a busy morning rush.
