I was at A&W this morning and I got a coffee from shell and because of that she told me I could have that coffee in there restaurant and that I had to buy something from there restaurant

We loved it there! There was good food and a good space! Service was excellent and there was a sweet lady who gave my kids snacks for a road trip! Amazing! Definitely recommend. :)

We we're camping at Wilderness Village resort. Been buying coffee at the AnW every day for our stay. We just stopped there for another coffee before heading home, and their blue haired supervisor was extremely rude, she shouted at us and screamed at us saying we are not allowed to put their coffee in our glass mugs. We've been doing it for 3 days straight. It is so funny that companies say that we as the customers are not allowed to be rude, however, their staff are allowed to scream at us. We couldn't get one word in! Never experienced anything like this!

So I was in both the 13 and 14th of Sept 2024. I was not happy as the blue hair girl and the blonde girl had water guns and were spraying everywhere and they were getting everything wet. Then ignored me for a bit while they were having these water gun fights. There were other customers shaking there head and saying they won't be back. Then on the 14th the same blonde and the girl who has black hair and darker skin was singing as loud and awful as they can and carrying on for a long time causing the other red hair girl to take her head set off cause of how loud it was. There were dancing and not paying attention to customers thankfully you had one staff the red hair watching and cleaning and helping customers. She went over and above and apologized for that was happening.

Communication was very poor and my husband and I got violently ill after eating their Onion Rings on Aug.1st. They were falling apart and some were double fried....so left overs from a previous batch. Never again 😨😝

We went to this A&w can’t believe how disrespectful they were all we asked was for ketchup and they got mad maybe next time be more not disrespectful

Drive thru staff were rude and impatient, my burger was barely warm and the fries were old and soggy. The dirty glare from the young staff member at the window did it in for me. Never returning there and advising all to go elsewhere.

You won't find a more enjoyable place to sit down and eat in Rocky. Clean, spacious and family friendly atmosphere complimented by absolutley amazing and energetic staff! Thank you so much!
