What a joke this place is, everytime I go thru drive thru they
Make me pull out to the side regardless if there’s anyone there. Sandwich’s always look sloppy and no pride. I can’t believe how a McDonald’s makes me so upset I have the need to make a review. I live here and I will never go back. Just sad, I get it’s fast food but holy crap your manager sucks. I will not be coming back

Whenever I order a large mocha they don't fill it up nearly enough, there's about 2 inches more room they could fill up. I understand that they need a little room for the whip topping, but it feels like I'm paying for a large and getting a medium every time. I don't need 2 inches of room for whip topping. Also the fries haven't been salted at all the last few times I went there. I really like mcdonald's but lately these reoccurring experiences have been disappointing.

These guys are absolutely terrible. Every other time I go here they screw up the order. Ask for a mc griddle and get a mc muffin. Ask for 3 pancakes and 3 sausages and you get 3 meals. These guys need to hire people who speak proper english

We stopped here on our way through Rocky and saw the sign outside said it was open 24 hours. On the way back however, the doors were locked.

I am so sick of the service here lately. 99% of the time I have to pull ahead to wait for my order and I end up waiting between 5-10 mins. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant but since they got new owners and/or managers, the service has gone downhill. The managers need to train staff to be more efficient at their jobs so that customers are happier. They also need to work with their staff to really pay attention to the orders so that when you order an item minus 2 ingredients, the customer doesn't end up with an item minus 3 ingredients.
I am not blaming the workers because they can only do their best if they are trained correctly. And it should not take 10 mins to get a latte when it is slow. If you need more equipment, get more equipment.

Lots of flies, they really need some fly control as lots of flies plus if you looked closely at things like the overhead screens that display your order you can see lots of little dots where flies have left their dirt and then left to grow like bacteria does. On top of that no soap in men's washroom. Could definitely be cleaner!

How is it possible to be so slow? It took 20 mins to get our "fast food" today. The place wasn't even busy. I just stood there watching lots of staff do nothing.

Tried to order two chicken snack wrap meals, staff member who could hardly speak English argued there’s no such thing on the menu! Advertised everywhere on the value meal menu board, came back to red deer ordered the meals no problem, disgusting service in Rocky Mountain house, NEVER AGAIN!

One single item ordered, 3 things wrong with it.

I ordered a Medium coffee with 1 cream and 2 sugar.

1. The coffee wasn't hot. Not only was it not hot, it wasn't even warm. Did someone return it and they had it sitting there waiting for someone with the same order or something?

2. The cream was chunky. Not gonna drink chunky cream.

3. The cup wasn't even full.

I noticed that when I was 10-15 minutes out of town. That's when I typically crack my coffee.
