The trucker Channel

First i have to say that I very much like Filipino people. Why though when I am standing waiting for my mea upfrontl and sitting in the lobby do the workers here need to speak so loudly. Please speak English and use a volume appropriate for indoors.

Ordered food in the morning and tap’d my card as per usual. Nothing after that at the 1st window. Get to the 2nd window and the employee tells me my card declined at the previous window. Fair enough, so I pay again. While I’m sitting in the drive thru waiting, I check my statements and come to find out my card wasn’t declined the first time and I was double charged. Before leaving I let the employee know it wasn’t declined and showed him the proof and was denied a refund from one of the 2 purchases. Ontop of that, half of my order was missing.

Would 100% recommend going to any other place early in the morning for any of your needs

Stopped here at 9:30pm on my way home from the mountains, ordered a double quarter pounder which they “garentee” is always made fresh… it was the worst burger ive ever had it was almost as cold as their fries and extremely greasy

I threw my entire order out,and am heading to red deer to find something else

they close the physical store almost 15 minutes before, I had to walk through drive-thru when it was pretty chilly and wait almost 10 minutes for my food, and it was the only restaurant around open 24 hours apparently, I literally watched the guy while I was knocking on the door 15 minutes before closing time apparently for their main door, the 24-hour thing is drive-thru, he completely ignored me. I wish I would have got a picture of them so the management could see who did that,

I thought I'd just let Mcdonald's headquarters know that the tiny oriental man at the front counter, clicks the orders off as delivered, waaaaay before they actually are. This seems like a scam to make himself look faster and more efficient. This is unfair to others who might give better service than him, and he gets promoted but they don't. Also, he doesn't make eye contact with customers which is weird considering he's working the front.

A couple of weeks later.... there's an older man working the front counter in the morning. He's the epitome of an ideal employee. He's waiting at the till for the next customer, not chatting with his friends in the back. Everything efficient and done by the book. He's actually managerial level... take notice McD's.

Friendly staff, my son usually asks for fresh filet of fish for me since they can be a bit old sometimes, but they always make it fresh upon request, recommend to go during peak hours for best results. My strawberry cheesecake mcflurry was great.
