I stopped in with a voucher from coaching volleyball (a local event sponsor).The manager honoured the voucher after its intended time frame.The service was excellent & efficient and the pizza fresh & delicious!
Called for delivery, waited for a long while. Hung up, called rival pizza place, immediate answer and immediate service. I appreciate businesses that don’t waste my time by putting me on hold. It’s not like you’re the only pizza joint around Panago, you probably lose a lot of business because of this. I know who NOT to call when we need a large order of pizzas.I give one star because after spending my time trying to do business with this chain, it was very apparent to me that they don’t care about my business. So I got zero food so i can’t rate that, I got zero customer service but my time was not valued, -2 if I could rate it that, and atmosphere, no idea, I was ordering delivery, so I can’t rate on that either.If you are feeling lonely and want to listen to a recorded message, call them. If you value your time look elsewhere, look for locally owned and ran. They usually have better pizza than chains anyway.

I get the chicken Taqueria, which is soooo delicious. My hubby and I are both picky, and have oral sensory issues (mental health related), and never have an issue with this pizza place, which is not always true with other places lol. The customer service is great, prices are very reasonable.
