Showed up and the place was dark, door propped open and smelled kinda like a gas leak. Called out and got no answer. For sale signs everywhere. Are they even still in business?

Worst Chinese food we've ever had. All of the lights were off, including in the kitchen. Just bad and dirty.

Older Chinese restaurant. Family run. Great food and service. No much of an atmosphere but its not horrible. Clean roomy booths. Small selection of alcohol drinks, but the food was really tasty. Also have rice noodles. Large portions!! Great chow meins!!

Dietary restrictions: Rice noodles available

The food is fabulous, the server was polite but not attentive at all, he seemed like he didn't really want to be there.

It was a fluke we stopped at the Ritz Cafe on our way through and it was a lovely surprise. Perfect example of the best of small town Chinese restaurants. Yes, it's a bit old and the decor is very dated, but the food was excellent, and the people were friendly and easy to talk to. We will definitely come back the next time we're in the area, and we wouldn't hesitate telling our friends to try the Ritz Cafe.

Best Chinese Take Out in Rocky Mountain House, order and pick up - everything is delicious! My go to for sure! Made fresh, flavourful, and I love the fact that every dish has its own flavor you can taste, NOT like other Chinese restaurants that cover everything in a tasteless thick batter. Deep Fried Shrimp being the exception- and it's great here too!

The Ritz Cafe is a well established institution in Rocky Mountain House. I haven't been around town much in the past 16 years, but Ritz Cafe seems more-or-less how I remember it. It was pretty quiet when I stopped by recently, but if you're looking for a small town Chinese restaurant experience (I often am) this place will do it for you.
