The service was very good. The beef donair that I had was very average at best. I was somewhat disappointed for sure.

Genuinely a great place with great service, the staff is friendly and I feel really welcomed. They seem to really care about the customer experience.

They also have a great variety of ice cream on offer that's really good & a good price

we usually really love rocky donair, however i ordered without peppers and specified it was due to an allergy many times and still received my order full of peppers:(

To start with, the food was fantastic, price was very reasonable especially for taste, service and portions! (Feeding 6) We were between a few place to choose from when passing through town, thought we were taking a chance here, turned out Rocky’s was a rewarded choice and not sure we could of made a better one.
Will be back 100%, possibly do the two our drive just for the calzones and donair poutine then back home!

I asked them to make me a a stone baked Greek calzone and ask them to put Italian sausage in it he said yes sir and it is so amazing the best thing I've ever eaten

Ordered the Hawaiian calzone and the donair. The calzone’s cheese was perfectly chewy and had a great pull to it. The sauce was flavourful and the pineapple was just the right amount of sweetness, however it was pretty large - definitely a challenge to finish as a single person. The donair meat was good, lots of fresh veggies although the sauce was a little watery.

Best donair ever rarely do you get fresh hot cuts that are juicy not greasy. Not burnt crispy and at 4pm. Not from a steam tray. The jumbo was larger and cheaper than anywhere. 3 sauces. Huge menu and so many flavors of real ice cream. Gf had chicken fingers and fries also a huge serving so good. Will be coming back to try more every time we're in RMH. The dude running the show was awesome.

Great stop on the way back to Edmonton! We got a Donair, veggie burger and poutine. Alam was working and we had excellent service. The food is great - hot, fresh, and fast. Would definitely stop here again.

The pizza was one of the worst pizza i have ever tried, probably they add water with the pizza sauce. The toppings were sliding from the pizza. When we informed them they didn’t even apologize, rather ignored.

Never visiting their store again

After a long, hectic day, I went to this store for a pizza but honestly, it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Even after I pointed out the poor quality, the staff didn’t apologize or show any concern about the complaint. No regret, no effort to make it right just a very disappointing experience overall.
Think twice before visiting this place.
