Bad service! They have no patience. They speak poorly. We're visitors and speak little English. The girls weren't helpful; they just gave us dirty looks.

Service was terrible :) dont go to this subway within 15 minutes of closing. They won't toast anything, or warm up the chicken etc. Also won't take cash. The only thing they will give you is attitude. Brutal. I get that its an inconvenience when people arrive at 845 and you close at 9.... but it shouldn't warrant being treated like crap, greeted with rudeness, and someone checking their watch to decide if they will serve you.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this has stuck with me for two decades, and I think that says enough. About 20 years ago, I walked into this Subway just wanting a simple sandwich — lettuce and mayo. That’s it. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated. Just a soft roll with two ingredients I liked.

But apparently, that was too much to ask. The woman behind the counter acted like I had personally offended her by ordering something so “weird.” She was incredibly judgmental — rolling her eyes, sighing dramatically, and giving me the most snobby, bratty attitude the entire time. You’d think I asked for a sandwich made of dirt the way she looked at me. It was clear she thought my order was beneath her or a waste of her time, and she made no effort to hide it.

I remember walking out of there feeling embarrassed and genuinely upset over something that should’ve been a harmless, everyday interaction. I didn’t ask for commentary or attitude — I asked for lettuce and mayo. I never went back, and honestly, I think about it every time I pass a Subway.

All I wanted was a sandwich, not to be judged for it. One star forever 👽👽🤟🏻🤟🏻🔥

The bread for the sub was stale. At the price the that is charged for a sub, that is not right. Most likely will I never order for that location again.

10 minutes left before closing, I pulled up to grab a sub, saw one the staff run to turn off the open sign. The all 3 staff laughed about it. Guess I'll take my money elsewhere. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Me and my friends came to eat on our way to Abraham Lake. The staff were so rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Felt like Racist towards us. No smile and even didn’t tell us anything about specials. When asked to toast the sub, they were showing eyes and I felt like not giving 1 star also. If I had an option to rate negative, I would have done that.
This is not the standard of Subway.

Racisim subway ever I have ever. So much poor service. Not even greeted well. I will never give you adviced to go this subway. Really had a bad experience. I even don't feel to give them the one star. Its not about the food but the employee working there. So much carrying attuityde but with no brain

We stopped at Rocky Mountain House for food and we wanted 10 footlong sub, but servers wasn't happy to see our big orders and then said our toaster and oven not working so it will be cold sub, since we asked how co e both things broke same time and one of the staff lady got angry and said you don't need to be roud and asked us to leave the store if you don't want to order sub than, my God first time in my life i saw such worst Subway store in my Canada history..guys think before twice you come here

Yesterday we went there and ordered veggie subway as I requested veggie subway the lady who prepared my food was nice but the other one was preparing non veggie subway and she cleaned her knife with wrapping paper of my subway. I mentioned that you did this but she was disrespect. There was no name tag when I asked her name she didn't answer. When i asked who is the manager she said everyone is the manger. Due to religion I ordered veggie and even it's not religion everyone has the right to order the food what ever they want and if it's special like no meat no-one need to touch meat hand on veggie stuff. This experience is horrible. It hurts feeling too.

Every time I get sandwiches here they soak them with the sauce and mayo I choose. When I eat it; It's a dripping soggy mess! Nasty! Ease up the sqeezing of the sauce bottles! I shouldn't have to ask for a little sauce. Every other Subway I've been to no problems. Just drumheller subway!
