They renovated the area and the pictures are not updated on this google. Pleasant place to stay. My daughter loves the place as the color of the place is vibrant to see. Irene is so friendly and accommodating. Keep it up Subway Rocky! ♥

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. When I walked in, the store was busy, but that’s no excuse for the way customers were treated.
The first older
lady who took my order seemed uninterested she kept giving looks and didn’t really try to understand what I wanted. She then passed my bread on to another staff member, and that’s when the service went downhill.
The Asian woman who helped me next was extremely intimidating. Instead of politely asking or listening, she rushed me by saying “anything else, anything else” before I could even finish. She added one veggie and immediately pressured me, as if I was doing something wrong for simply ordering my food. On top of that, she kept making unpleasant faces and sighing, making it very clear that she didn’t want me there.
It wasn’t just her most of the staff were openly making faces at customers. The atmosphere felt hostile and unwelcoming.
The food itself was fine, but the customer service was honestly terrible. From their body language and attitude, it was obvious that none of them cared about providing a good experience. It left me feeling very uncomfortable.

i am going subway 4 sep 7.20 pm there is one lady philippine she talking me very rude i am regular customer and she making not good and sub is very hard i can't come back again
There is one philippine lady over there she is very rude with customers she did not made sub properly and not properly wrapped the timing i bought 4 September at 7:20 pm please be advised talk with ur customer properly. I asked her to put sauce she said i already put 4 sauces i asked put one more i will pay for that she was very rude with me
my friend was using her chamber bucks to pay and went over 80 cents so i let her use my phone to pay the 80 cents, thinking it was 80 cents i looked at my bank a few days later to realize they charged me 25.80 not 80. so not only did they charge me 25.80 but they also took the chamber bucks that they obviously didn’t need. so thank you subway for stealing my money i will never come back

Just had the worst experience at this subway. Won’t ever go back.
First of all they were out of herb & cheese bread. Next my husband orders a footlong tuna salad, the lady claims they only have enough for a 6inch. I then ask if she can make more & she rudely says NO. Now my husbands pissed, because he’s hungry & decides he won’t get anything at all. I convinced him to at least get the 6 inch because I knew he was hungry. So my husband opted to get a 6inch. She then toasted his sub without even asking if he wanted it toasted. I asked for some more olives on my sub and the worker immediately got an attitude and started slamming things around. Overall, not a great experience. Will not return.

We visited Subway recently and while the food was fresh and up to the usual standard, the service experience was mixed. One of the employees, unfortunately, wasn’t friendly at all—no greeting, barely any communication, and seemed uninterested throughout the interaction. It was hard to identify them as they weren’t wearing a name tag. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were polite and efficient. It’s always nice when the food is fresh, but consistent customer service makes a big difference.

Friendly staff, insanely cheap on the toppings, dry bread, won't let you use the app codes for discounts - order online for better savings. Won't be back.
Disgusting totally disgusting behaviour of staff, around 7:45pm in the evening on 4th of July, I went in to place an order. While serving my order the staff was very rude as it was clear with her expression that she doesn’t want to do her job. One my sub was made and I asked her to grill it then she literally made a face and said “really?” I replied is there any problem and she didn’t say anything. I am a regular customer, I come twice a week, and it has been a problem most of the time with only philipino girl, I’m not being racist and I have also work in fast food but when ever I request to please change the gloves because of that veggie sub they always are rude while changing it, I never reacted back but this time it was enough.
I’m paying it and being nice while ordering but this kind of behaviour is not justified.
Portion size has reduced greatly, bun was dry, hardly any sauce (was a mobile order so could not ask for more)

Bad service! They have no patience. They speak poorly. We're visitors and speak little English. The girls weren't helpful; they just gave us dirty looks.
