Went thru the drive thru and asked for a baileys iced capp that comes with whipped topping, but they asked me if i wanted it or not. Then, when I got it, it was the saddest tiny dolup... the picture you advertise literally shows it with the full amount. You can't just advertise something and not give me what's on the photo just to save money/product. You charge people extra for like a teaspoon of whipped cream.

Very frustrating to order a medium London fog and get three quarters full. Most of the hot chocolate is served like that as well! I ask the service people to please serve the drinks properly since I am paying top dollar!!!! I get my London fog back and it was full. I get down the road and my London fog tastes like a watery London fog!!! Why would I visit tim Horton to pay dollar for terrible service and terrible drinks!!! Keep pushing customers away, you are doing a good job at that!!!!!

Usually the service and food are very good here. This lunch was different. We arrived in line, staring at the workers for 4-5 minutes without even a glance towards us or a greeting. We were seriously contemplating leaving so we could get food elsewhere as they paid zero attention to the line up. Fully understand they get busy, but customer service is key. We already will not go to the north end Tim’s and may have to quit coming to this one if it continues.

It's absolutely incredible how often I get the wrong order... it's like a 1/3 chance. Even after correcting them while ordering and making sure the screen has the proper order I was served the wrong beverage this morning, no other customers inside or at drive through. Last week my sandwich ended up being a bag of bagels, the week before I spit up my mocha because I swallowed part of the plastic bag they get their hot chocolate in. I'm better off waiting for subway to open up and getting to work late in the mornings.

I asked for whip topping while ordering, which when you order a flavored ice Capp comes with it anyways?? So they gave me a bare iced cap and I ask for whip topping and hand it back to them…tell me why they give me the stingiest smallest amount of whipped cream. If I was the one in the driver seat I’d hand it back and ask for more but no my driver drove away before I could ask for more. Idk it’s just a diss

Edit: complete turn around. Pleasent noise levels and speed.
They yell too much in the morning. I feel they have bad energy and resentment towards each other in there. It takes them forever to make sandwiches. Something that should take 20s takes 5 mins. 3 people in the drive through 3 inside.

Ordered a medium steeped tea, a cilantro lime chicken wrap, a lrg French vanilla and a couple donuts. Got coffee instead of tea, wrap had no tomatoe/cuke mix on it. Found mistakes after I walked back to motorhome and were on our way home. Not impressed.

JAWS

This Tim's used to be really good with very friendly staff, but in the last little while, the service quality has diminished significantly.

Quite often, they louse up the orders and many a times, the food arrangement is also in disarray. Sometimes ,it takes multiple tries to make the drive thru staff understand what is being said as their communication skills are seriously lacking. I am grievously disappointed in their overall performance.

Parking: Too many bug rigs in the area most of the time and not truckers park erratically.

We ordered Pumpkin Spice and Chocolate Hazelnut latte with turkey bacon club and chicken cilantro wrap. Food was fresh and tasty. Drinks were great as well. Service was top notch, they were busy but we got our order in a few minutes.

I have ordered multiple classic bagel belts each time. There’s no chipotle sauce when I ask for extra and paid for extra they never seem to give me lettuce or tomato or bacon when I’ve paid for extra bacon and sausage. They rushed too fast and they never put any effort into making their food. They’re always missing ingredients on sandwiches and wraps and coffees.

It took less than a minute for me to get all my food. It was made exactly as I asked and the workers were very friendly. This is the best Tim’s I have ever been to, as is evidenced by the fact that I actually left a review. God bless Alberta.
