Ordered a triple triple coffee and tea got a unmarked double double instead. Was driving through so no opportunity to go back. Food server was not enthusiastic at all. Sad!

Would be better if the they could get my order right, second time I’ve came in and ordered a bowl and got a wrap & then when you bring it up to the manager it becomes a big fuss

On Aug 6th 2025 at 9 A.M I had a young lady with gorgeous makeup give me my coffee from the drive through window and she was the most friendly Tim Hortons worker I have ever interacted with. I hope she never loses that because customers can be very rude and it is easy to lose customer service attitude, especially when this specific Tim Hortons is famous for having terrible customer service and workers.

The food was fine. Basic Timmy's. The service was extremely hit or miss. We came here a couple times for morning coffee and the person on the till was usually fairly nice but the workers in the back rarely called out what they were putting up and forgot things multiple times. One day, they also refused to look at or talk to me or anyone else trying to ask what was going on since there were things coming up not being called out. There was not really any rush. There was a minimal line in the drive through and only a few people inside. Half of which were already eating. A lot of businesses in RMH seem like they don't care about service since MOST people are just driving through.

Order d/d coffee, ice coffee, blueberry muffins and 20 timbit assorted. Received everything except timbit only 19 received and it's old timbit! Icings is melt, hard when bit it. Very disappointed ☹️

Hardly anything available, and what you do get is cold. The staff seem rather annoyed.

Its 230 pm canada day. Just had a hair in my frozen n now i dont even want to eat my wrap. Ill b back. Lucky i was in a rush i b back with no reciept want my money back. Thats twice now
