Would be better if the they could get my order right, second time I’ve came in and ordered a bowl and got a wrap & then when you bring it up to the manager it becomes a big fuss
On Aug 6th 2025 at 9 A.M I had a young lady with gorgeous makeup give me my coffee from the drive through window and she was the most friendly Tim Hortons worker I have ever interacted with. I hope she never loses that because customers can be very rude and it is easy to lose customer service attitude, especially when this specific Tim Hortons is famous for having terrible customer service and workers.
The food was fine. Basic Timmy's. The service was extremely hit or miss. We came here a couple times for morning coffee and the person on the till was usually fairly nice but the workers in the back rarely called out what they were putting up and forgot things multiple times.
